When I plug in my phone now, it doesn't give me the three options anymore (Charging, USB, etc). Did I disable something that I'm not aware of? Just installed Battery Indicator Pro yesterday. Could that be the culprit?

My Samung Epic 4g was working fine until I plugged in the charger and it WOULD NOT CHARGE. tried another charger, nothing. Tested outlet, yes, it provides electric. So I turned off the Epic and IT WILL NOT TURN ON. Took battery out for a while, put it back in nothing.

Horrible battery life and worst of all it takes insane amounts of time for it too charge. Yes I have reset my phone many times and even did a factory reset. Is this happening to anyone else?

Soetimeswhen i move the cable (Where it connects to the phone) around abit I can get a charge but lately nothing at all. Tried other usb cords and battery's and still nothing. View 6 Replies View RelatedI have read the previous threads, but still having no luck getting my Samsung Epic to show in My Computer. So I decided to post a new thread. After connecting the phone to my PC, I select Mount and turn on USB storage on the phone then windows shows "Found New Hardware" then asks me to install the new hardware. When I install the hardware, new device shows under "Other Devices" in Device Manager with a yellow icon (?) in front of it as if it is still unrecognized device. I am not allowed to install the drivers on my PC since it is a company PC. My coworkers did not have to install drivers to get the EPIC show in My Computer.

I want to have 2 buttons at the top, previous and next and my listview with custom adapter below it. Few days ago I had only my ListView showing, going over the buttons. Now I seem to be stuck on the other side, where my listview doesn't show while my buttons do.
My activity extends on ListActivity and uses this code to fill it with a customadapter.

I tried using "lv.addHeaderView(previous);" but that only gave me vague ClassCastExceptions about LayoutParams.
I think my problem is currently in my main.xml, as the Layout tab in Eclipse of it won't show the ListView either. It knows its there as it shows up in the outline tab, but the visual representation doesn't give it a red outline when I select it.
For completeness, my custom_list (aka row) layout xml:

Sometimes when I shut the slider quickly the phone shuts down. Then today it did it when I set it down on a table, and when I turned it back on the battery went from 42 to 12 percent. I then reset the phone and it was at 24 percent. Is anyone else having this problem? Could the battery just be losing contact?

I have my Facebook account synced and it shows the pictures under my call log, contacts, dialer, but does not show the contact pictures in my text messages? Example, when I go to Ebay.com the web browser re-directs me to m.Ebay.com which is the mobile version of the web site.

I went to the google play website and I used to be able to see all my devices individually and see what apps were installed on each device and all the apps in my library. It made it easy to add apps to a new device. Now I just see all the apps installed but not broken down by device, so I have to click on each individual app to see on which device they are installed. It is a more convoluted process, and I would like to see on the website at a glance which apps are installed on each device I own. Did something change or something I am missing? I also can't log in do the device manager with Chrome but I can with Safari. Mac OS X10.8, Android 4.1

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've had this phone since day one and I've ran the battery down almost every day and only had minimum "low battery" alerts but tonight I am getting a warning flash on the screen every 10 seconds saying "Low Battery: Please Charge Battery". Seriously, every 10 seconds and it started at 15% battery left.so I have at least 30-60 minutes of life left.

It happens when I'm in the browser, email app, etc. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason behind it.
