View 9 RepliesWhen i tap or shake the phone lightly, i hear some kind of noise, feel like something got lose from the camera area, back of the phone, anyone has the same problem? is it normal?
View 10 Replies View RelatedI've seen positive reviews on the dual mic noise cancellation of the nexus one. However, what I haven't seen addressed is whether than noise cancellation is bypassed when using a bluetooth headset? It would be cool if the nexus one provided the same noise cancellation when using a bluetooth headset, but I kinda doubt it. Anyone know for sure?
View 4 Replies View RelatedAnyone know if the noise cancellation works for Music - similar to BOSE headphones or is it just for phone calls?
View 10 Replies View RelatedA very weird thing happened last night at about 1am. I was woken by the sound of an old school modem sound blasting out of my nexus 4. I always go to bed with my volume turned down and this morning the volume was on full.
View 1 Replies View Relatedjust wondering if this is normal or not, someone told me it is normal for the droid.for instance - when your on the home screen and you hold the camera button down, it'll make about 3-clicks when starting up. it also makes the clicking noise when it is focusing before taking the photo. the most noticable is when using an app like shopsavvy or barcode scanner are these apps supposed to be focusing back and forth non stop? and if so, is it 'normal' for that clicking noise to go non-stop while it is focusing back and forth?
is it normal for the camera to make a clicking noise. for example when im on my home screen and i hold the camera button to open it the camera makes a couple of clicking sounds am i the only one with this problem or is this all droids.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI am noticing a clicking noise whilst my camera is focusing on an object. It actually sounds like it's coming from the lens. It seems to have started since I did the software update but I did also drop the phone last night. The camera is working fine and I am not really that worried, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it was anything to start worrying about?
View 3 Replies View RelatedHas any body noticed that when you switch into or out of camera mode there is a little clicking noise (sounds almost like static electricity)?
View 1 Replies View RelatedJust want to make sure this is normal. Does anyone else's camera make tons of noise while constantly refocusing in barcode scanning apps? I can't remember where I read it but I know I read something about all the clicking noises being a bad sign.
View 5 Replies View RelatedJust wondering what everyone is using for camera settings. I'm getting great pictures outdoors but my pictures taken inside have a lot of noise (don't know if that's the term I want but they look fuzzy). I literally know nothing about cameras so I'm pretty hopeless figuring out this problem. And maybe some other camera noobs can get some good ideas from this thread too
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have just recently noticed than when I use my desire there is a click/tick from the camera lens area. It happens about 5 seconds after I turn the camera on and when I move the camera around the room.
Does anyone know what this could be.
So when i turn the camera on, on the Droid it makes this sort of loud noise coming right from the lens it seems to only make it when it has to focus or when it turns on or even when coming back from previewing a picture. Does any one else seem to have that problem?
View 11 Replies View RelatedI've started noticing a weird clicking noise after using the camera. After I take a picture and press the 'Home' button to exit the application, it makes the noise, which sounds like there's something loose or something. I'm just wondering if anyone's had this problem, and if it's actually anything to worry about. Also, the slider part of the phone is loose at the bottom, so when I push the buttons I'm actually pushing the screen down onto the keyboard, which is annoying. Is there any way to fix it? Also, I'm thinking that may be the reason for the clicking noise.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI received a new N1 after I swapped over by warranty but I don't remember is the camera flash was working on this new one before I put Desire and Cyanogenmod and on both the camera flash doesn't work, installed FlashApp and a couple of other apps that manipulates the flash but it still doesn't turns on.
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen you start your nexus without a SD card inserted and start the camera, what does happen? Does the camera start and you can see but can't capture, or doesn't start at all and crashes?
View 5 Replies View RelatedDid anyone figure out how to turn it on or is it not included.also how can haptic feedback be incorporated into the whole UI, it seems to be only in the keypad.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI don't know if any of you guys are having this problem, but i hear a really annoying rattle around the camera area of the phone. every time i set my phone down somewhere i hear a rattle, and it is very annoying. i wanted to know where it was coming from so i shook the phone next to my ear, it is definitely coming from the camera area. anyone else having this problem? is there an easy fix?

View 2 Replies View RelatedJust upgraded nexus 5 to 4.4.2and the flash control is greyed out even with HDR+ deselected. I tested the flash by sheilding light with my hand and it works (on auto) just greyed out cant change from auto to manual. Pretty ordinary if you ask me. would like to force flash on on occasion.
View 3 Replies View RelatedIs there a camera app that will allow me to take pictures with the volume buttons? It'd be really nice.
View 5 Replies View RelatedJust got back from my hols where I used my (stock) N1 camera a lot. Got some great pics but a few certainly highlighted just how important touch-to-focus is to me. Was quickly reading a review of the Desire and read it has touch-to-focus. Was just wondering if anyone who is actually running the modaco desire ROM on their N1 can confirm whether this works? I'd also be interested to know if I could just use the desire camera app on a rooted N1 with Cynanogen? I'm rather partial to the stock appearance and not massively inclined towards Sense UI.
View 11 Replies View RelatedI need a camera application that allows me to edit the shutter speed..
View 5 Replies View RelatedThe camera icon my the bottom right Corner of my nexus 5 lock screen has disappeared .
View 2 Replies View RelatedMy camera stopped working. When I click my camera application I get the message "The application camera (process com.android.camera) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again". It's just a blank screen?
View 3 Replies View RelatedAnyone else have an issue with the camera "store location" not getting the correct GPS (if at all)? I just noticed that I was taking pics and saw that the GPS location was from the last place I had used the GPS some 50 miles away (time stamp too). it wasn't the only one.
just wanting to know if I'm going crazy, I don't see this being on the support forums so I'm also asking there too.
oh, and yes I was out doors, opening up maps will update gps and then camera will be accurate.
I have noticed that while charging my EVO using the stock wall charger and any micro usb cable that there is a loud whining noise. It is pretty loud and can even hear it while watching TV. I have read that the Droid Incredible charger has the same issue as well and have tried to switch the prong orientatoin and still no luck. I have used my other HTC charger that I have from my old Touch Diamond and don't hear any type of noise. I have read that it is the capacitors in the charger making the noise. I have tested and the charger still makes the noise after the green LED light has come on.
View 22 Replies View RelatedI know the EVO doesn't have dual microphones like the N1, but does it have any noise reduction? I purchased an Epic and it's fine in "regular" environments but when walking wind, passing trucks, etc. make me unintelligible on the other end.
View 1 Replies View RelatedDoes the incredible have the same noise cancelling that the nexus one has?
