Got the google nexus one today beenn playing on it for a few hours & its amazing best phone i,ve had yet..... cant get a decent camera pic yet at night but aint tryed daytime yet but i,ll keep messing see how i go.

Anyone know what could be the cause of my battery dying while I'm asleep at night? I don't put it on the charger at night if the battery is above 20% and the last couple nights my battery will be near 30% and when I wake up in the morning it's dead?! My feeds are set to update 12 hours apart which is usually around 7am, and I thought it was the auto task killer but I shut that off. The only thing I can think of is my alarm?! But really?

Phone reboots while taking picture using night mode, without LED fash turned on. I dont know why is that so, but i tried everything to see is it the camera app, android system or just phone. So, how to diagnose where the fault is or to solve?

What m worried about is the effect on my LCD screen. It seems to be running all night but in a dimmer mode. Is it ok to use the feature every night? Will i end up ruining my LCD a lot faster?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI don't know if any of you guys are having this problem, but i hear a really annoying rattle around the camera area of the phone. every time i set my phone down somewhere i hear a rattle, and it is very annoying. i wanted to know where it was coming from so i shook the phone next to my ear, it is definitely coming from the camera area. anyone else having this problem? is there an easy fix?

View 10 Replies View RelatedJust upgraded nexus 5 to 4.4.2and the flash control is greyed out even with HDR+ deselected. I tested the flash by sheilding light with my hand and it works (on auto) just greyed out cant change from auto to manual. Pretty ordinary if you ask me. would like to force flash on on occasion.

Was quickly reading a review of the Desire and read it has touch-to-focus. Was just wondering if anyone who is actually running the modaco desire ROM on their N1 can confirm whether this works? I'd also be interested to know if I could just use the desire camera app on a rooted N1 with Cynanogen? I'm rather partial to the stock appearance and not massively inclined towards Sense UI.

View 3 Replies View RelatedA few weeks back I started using the full version of droid live (has another name now but I forget it at the moment) to stream various music and talk radio stations (both national and international) The program worked great, as I was able to easly connect and stream music/talk with virtually no drops. There is one local sports talk radio that I listen to the most. All of a sudden, in the last week or so, live has had serious problems connecting to that one specific station. Once connected however, the program actually works fine with no drops. it just takes repeated attempts to get it to connect. I know it is not a signal issue, as I get great 3G in my home and business. Sent an email to the developer a few days ago and have not heard anything back yet. So do any of you know of any decent programs that might rival droid live?

View 3 Replies View RelatedWhat I need to do with my Incredible is so simple and I am really amazed that this phone's photo application is as bad as it is. I have about 100 photos. I need to put them into individual folders or albums (I just need a way to separate them). I have tried everything but it does not appear as though the Incredible has this capability. I did a search and found some instructions using Astro file manager however this did not work for me. Therefore, is there any decent apps out there that will allow me to create folders (or albums) and put pics into them? I also need to somehow backup the photos (probably directly off of the SD card onto my PC).

I've tried xtrrom but I couldn't even find the market icon on there. I've tried eris lightning, but it's just not cutting, and i've tried ayori snow and that just plain didn't work. View 17 Replies View RelatedI'm desperately after a decent planner/Calender App for the Desire. One that ISN'T linked to Google Calendar.
Ideally I'm looking for one where the planner has colour coded bars for events like a traditional wall planner. These would be linked to the calendar itself.
I've tried most of the calendar apps out there, but I've not found one that's suitable. Also if I search for planner, I get all different kinds of planners, just not a basic universal one.
I'm using the stock Facebook widget in my Desire, but I HATE the fact that it's white, and so bloody bright. I have a very dark styled ADW UI, and icons, but the FB Widget just sicks out like a sore thumb.
Is there such as thing as a skinable FB Widget that does the same thing as the stock widget?
I currently have different email & sms notifications sounds but I'd like better one's, preferably something that speaks 'email received', 'text message received', you get the idea? I've had a look on Zedge but the tones there tend to be more suitable for the younger generation. I'd like something that won't embarrass me when it plays.
