General :: Calendar Won't Sync Old Events On Google Nexus 7
Nov 9, 2012My Google Calendar App syncs google calendar appointments just fine. But "Corporate" accounts, which include my Hotmail and GroupWise calendars, won't sync calendar appointments older than two weeks. Even worse: appointments from older than two weeks ago actually drop off.
On settings, I have it set to sync all. I tried adding and removing accounts. I tried deleting calendar memory/cache. I have even tried returning my Nexus 7. The replacement has the same issue.
General :: Can't Sync Or Create Events With Google Calendar On MTK Device
Feb 25, 2014Apparently everything works correctly, but when entering the application does not see any event. Neither I can create a new event.
My device is a Clone S4 came with Google Play but could not use Google Play services (needed to run Google Calendar), so install GAAP Core 4.2.2, everything worked except Google Calendar. Which are the (apps) files necessary to have Google Calendar working properly in a Chinese device?
HTC Incredible :: Exchange Active Sync Calendar Events Not Synching With Google Calendar
Jun 15, 2010I did a search but cant seem to find an answer. I finally got my work email set up through active sync. Is there a way to get the calendar events to show up on my google calendar? I use calendar pro which I love. I don't know if there is a work around or I am just not knowledgable enough to understand it. A for instance would be that my work email gives me an event or invite...it will show up on the phones calendar but not on my google calendar/events. (my google notification each morning may say "no events scheduled for the day" but phone calendar/calendar pro will show it)

Nov 29, 2009The calender sync feature puts in all future events but no past ones. This happens on both exchange and google calenders. The synch does not eliminate the past events on the exchange server on on my laptop google calender. My blackberry had a setting for this. I can not find a similar setting which allows me to retain the past events on the Droid.

Feb 10, 2010Google Calendar on the web shows everything correct BUT, my Droid, even after syncing, shows duplicates of some Events - seems random - and these are not on the web Calendar as duplicates, also shows Events but does not show what they say unless you click on them - no text. What do I do? Do I remove the duplicate in Droid or just let it sync itself correct in time? is there a way to have it better sync?

The issue i wanna discuss here is that my phone does not sync the birthdays from my phone contact details to the calender, as it was availabe in my previous phone HTC Touch diamond, i used to feed the birthday details along with the contact and it syncs those birthdays with the calender when i used to sync it manually with the help of computer. But no such option is availabe in Android. please don't reply with the 'synching birthday contact and events' from google calender. I've seen loads of forums on that , but that ain't related to my problem. i want synchronization of my phone contact's birthday details to the phone calender.

Jan 24, 2010I want to keep work events separate from home events, which I loaded onto the phone's Calender. I went ahead and downloaded the Calendar Pad for Android and it is really great. It went and synched with the Calendar app native to the device, which is find because i really like the UI.
But I need a separate calendar app for my work stuff. I don't want them on the same calendar (way too crowded).
Anyone know of an app that just "keeps to itself"? I searched and I couldn't find one.

Jul 24, 2013The last 3 versions of Android had the ability to set Reminders to NOW when creating events in the calendar. Now it appears that there is no such option and the closest to NOW is 15 minutes before. This can really be a major upheaval in people's lives, although it may seem trivial at first. Those that really need to do this quickly I think know this.
There seems to be no option to delete pictures, at least the way it's been in the last few versions of android.
