Is it possible to play audio through the USB? My car stereo has both a USB and aux input, but I'd rather use the USB since it should keep the phone charged as well. I'd also like to do the same on my computer.If anyone know how to do this please let me know.

I just received an MP4 video that plays really well on my Hero. But it is not visible in the photo gallery of my phone. It's grayed out. When I go into my SD card with a file manager and click on it the movie will play perfectly but it won't play though the photo gallery manager.My real issue is that I have to go into a file manager to find the file and play it instead of using a widget to call up a program that will play it. There is obviously something in the phone that can handle the MP4 format and I just need to know what program to use.

I connected my phone via USB to my RR sport to upload audio files to the RR hard drive. However, I keep getting connection error. Apparently my device is not being recognized as a storage. I did the unmount thinking. Also, I am wondering how I can play audio from my phone through the RR audio system.
RR is 2010.

During a phone conversation on my Hero, I will start talking, and the other person will start talking just after that (maybe a second or two), then they stop, as they apparently now hear me "interrupting" them. In other words, to them, they started talking first, then I start but to me, I started talking first! (No, I am not purposely interrupting them) It's hard to describe, but it seems that there may be a delay in my audio getting to them. It seems to happen with all callers. Did I make this clear? Now, I am wondering if this happens when I am away from home as well, as I use an Airave device at home. Does anyone else experience this? Does anyone have a suggestion on how to test this? Or a solution?

I had a bunch of music saved on my SD Card that I downloaded from VZW Music Media thing.
When I go to music on the Incredible and go over the song (it shows the picture of the album of the song)
it says "unable to play this type of audio"
I upload video and when I go to watch it, it has no sound. I use windows media and vlc none of them play it.

They come out as .3gp files.When I try to play them back, each program either crashes (Quicktime, VLC), or tells me that it cannot playback this type of codec (Windows Media Player).The videos playback fine on the phone, just not when I bring them over to my PC.I am running Android 2.1 and Vista. I got the software and did the job and put it back on my phone. When I try to play it all I get is the sound now and no video. View 7 Replies View RelatedFor the past two nights at about 1am, and once yesterday a little before noon time, my EVO started to play a random voice call memo I had on my phone buried in the SD card from a previous Touch Pro2 phone. It woke me up obviously both times at 1am and the one in the afternoon was just plain embarassing. It plays for about 30 to 45 seconds and then stops on it's own.Advanced tak killer showed only the "Music" app running, but in going to that app, it still had my audio book paused.What hidden app do you think is doing this?
