View 2 RepliesI was playing some music today while doing some yardwork and i noticed it was stuttering at the beginning of just about every track it played. I listened to about 12-14 songs and it stuttered in the beginning on about 8 of them, somtimes it would also stutter a few seconds after that but would be fine after that until it went to the next song. Anyone else have this issue? I've got all the apps closed with advanced task manager, so nothing is running and eating up the processor or memory. Any ideas what would cause this or a remedy for it? Any help is appreciated.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am on a MacBook Pro. I cannot get my SD card to mount. The Droid X tells me: "The memory card is missing. Insert a memory card to access Media Share." The media card is 100% IN the device and I am trying to use double twist to move play lists from my itunes to the Droid X.
View 11 Replies View RelatedHow do I move music and pictures from my old SD card to my new SD card and have it work on the X?
View 2 Replies View RelatedSome of the albums I put on the sd card just don't show up in the player, the odd thing also is that I put a picture of the album art in the folder too that shows up in the picture gallery. But, for those certain albums that dont show up, neither do the album art in the gallery.

I've tried the HTC headphones and my own both used to work fine now even through the little headphones or headphones and mic icon is displayed the music still plays through the loud speaker. Its actually playing through both loudspeaker and ear phones.
View 2 Replies View RelatedJust got my Droid 2 FedEx today, and am getting her all set up. I was using an LG Dare before. I had an micro 2GB card that had all my pictures, music, videos and contact photos (picture ID pictures).
It was easy going from an old Verizon phone to another old Verizon phone because the file structure was the same for all the SD formatted cards (MY_PIX, MY_FLIX, etc...).
In looking at the 8GB card that came w/ the Droid 2, there seems to be no such structure. There are directories, (.android_secure, Android, logs, and LOST.DIR) but I am not sure where to put my videos, pictures, etc. Any thoughts?
My phone indicated that the SD card was damaged. I had to re-format. I lost all my data and music I downloaded from Amazon. I have been able to use the SD card after formatting but am concerned that it may crap out again. I am going to try to get a new one from Verizon, however it may be better to buy a new one from a 3rd party.

I don't know if this is a problem with using double twist to sync music then the default player to play it, but i recently wiped all my phones music using double twist media sync program and then put some more music on... after this i went into the default music player and it was very lagy and showed songs that i had removed with double twist but when i went to play them it would play a random song that was on the phone... does anyone know how to get the media player on droid x to rescan your SD card so i can realize that some songs are gone now?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've had the phone for a out a month now and everythings been amazing. However, starting yesterday I haven't been able to play any of my music, videos, online videos, nothing. The error I get mainly is "file cannot be displayed or played" or something like "audio file not supported" when I try to play music.
View 2 Replies View RelatedAnyone else getting this error notice while watching online videos? For the most part, this doesn't happen for me in youtube vids, but any other internet vid site will prompt this error. I have been getting this problem since the 2.1 update... didn't get better or worse after I rooted to froyo 2.2 and overclocked to 1200mhz.

View 4 Replies View RelatedRecently my DROID updated, and since then my PANDORA radio and Youtube have not played on my phone. It will say unable to retrieve music from Pandora, and youtube it will say unable to play videos.
I have done all updates for the apps, and still nothing.
Well the problem is I have the pre-installed SD card and for some reason, it is now saying that "the SD card is unmounted or removed" but its not. When I go into settings I have the option to Unmount it, so why is it saying that. If I restart the phone, the SD card works for about 2 minutes then tells me that its Unmounted again, which it is not. when I try to take a picture the phone tells me this AGAIN!
I cannot save any files, access music, pictures, or video. I can access the files when it is plugged into the computer, but when i try to add something to the SD card from the computer, it doesn't go on the phone. Is my Card corrupt? Do I format it? Help?
If this helps, this didn't happened until i upgraded my Droid to Froyo.
Google Phones were handed out to all Google employees. The phone is apparently going to be sold directly by Google and apparently available in January. I'm not sure who the attorneys for Verizon are, but Google must have done some deft negotiations to be able to pull this off. They just shafted Motorala, Verizon - and us - in the butt. I'm pretty sure, post Christmas, Droid updates and fixes will become non-existent as Google focuses on their own offering. Google is indeed Microsoft with a crayola logo.
View 38 Replies View RelatedI just started using Pandora on my Droid and have a couple questions:
1.) Is there any way to view all the songs that have played on the station I created?
2.) If I accidentally hit the "thumbs down" icon on a song can I somehow go back and change that?
I listened to ~20 songs before I noticed the "bookmark" feature and didn't write a bunch of the good ones down... and I also hit the dislike button accidentally on a really good song but can't remember the name
I downloaded the leaked google music app from ICS, and it works great.
My only caveat is that when I choose to make something available offline, it goes straight to my internal storage (Motorola Atrix).
I have a 32gb microSD card with a dedicated folder for music. Is there a way I can get the offline songs onto there?
I currently use PlayerPro from the market, and I wanted to use the Google cloud for "wirelessly syncing" my music.
I use doubletwist for listening to new music that is stored on my SD card. I use Google Music for streaming my favorite tracks that I have uploaded. The problem is Google Music automatically searches my SD card and displays all the music stored on my phone along with the artists/playlists/etc. that I have stored on the cloud, which makes it confusing when browsing the library. Can I prevent Google Music from searching and displaying what's on the SD card, but still allow doubletwist to see it?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI recently bought an SD card for my Samsung Galaxy Centura, mainly so I could store music on it without taking up much of the memory. The odd thing is, when i went to play some music using the music player, only about a quarter of the songs showed up. When I used Android File Manage to check the SD card, they were all there and playable. All the songs are MP3 format. how I can get the songs to work on the music player?

View 8 Replies View RelatedSo whenever I try to play a video from the internet on my Eris it makes me wait about a minute and then pops up and says sorry video cannot be played. (This happens on the internet on multiple websites including Youtube and also on the Youtube app).
View 4 Replies View RelatedRan the update and now my 8 gig is toast All my music, pics and stuff GONE
View 2 Replies View RelatedLove my Eris, except for its music playback. With the SD card that came with it I have about 5gb of music. The music UI is choppy as can be, borderline unplayable at times, the lag is really bad. I've read other posts about faster cards improving performance on the player, but none really elaborating on the music playback.
