New EVO user here,mostly so far so good.I got the EVO so I could use Skype for my frequent overseas calls.Skype downloaded without a hitch and works great for voice calls.But I cannot figure out how to use Skype to send text messages from the EVO.I have added the phone# I wish to text, but I cannot find any option for texting to a number.

Here is what I would like to do:
I have an HTC Magic and I have a couple of contacts who I frequently talk with on skype. Is there anyway to talk with them skype-to-skype on the Android phone?
The Skype Lite app does not allow calling.
I don't mind either calling using my local minutes OR using my data plan.
Are there any other applications that could assist me with this?
My dad is going overseas and has a BlackBerry Storm with Skype and I have a Droid with Skype. Can I call him overseas for free using skype? I know that if we both used our laptops to talk it would be free, so is there any difference in using skype mobile to skype mobile?

My current phone Samsung Epic 4g Touch will do this but i have to create the message and then from the address box go to the group and one by one touch in each member (almost 200 in the group). Was having problem with texting.. (see my other thread)
Went back to Fresh 2.3.3
I am now trying Cynogens again... Wiped everything, re-flashed.
Weirdness is now happening. Many of the apps that I previously downloaded are now on the Cynogen rom (and shouldn't be). I go into Market and it shows that I am downloading things and when I cancel it FC's the Market. How do I completely erase everything and start over?
I just had a quick question on the Samsung Moment. I'm using the default messaging app (I've also used handcent) it feels the same. I've noticed that while texting sometimes it may lag a bit. Has anybody noticed this? Is there anyway to fix this?
