I took off my sd card from my Samsung Galaxy Fit and when I replaced it, my Google-play app and other Google apps like Gmail and You-tube were gone!
I've not been able to download apps or watch videos on You-tube for the past one month.
I use FitDroid's custom ROM.

I noticed today that the "downloads" section within Market no longer shows any of the free apps that I downloaded-only the two apps that I paid for are shown. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a way to bring this list back? A soft reset did not help.

To make a long story short: I don't like the market to know what my phone runs. So is there any software I could download there free app "My Callya" with? Have looked everywhere on the interwebs, but can't find it. I'd be more than happy about a download link to it though.

My Market never changed over to Google Play. Also, some of my apps will 'start download' then never download the update. Other apps update just fine.
My daughter got her tablet 2 months ago. She had about 30 apps on it. Played on it Wed night & all was fine. Somewhere between Wed night & Fri night all of the apps disappeared. Today, it made me retype in her google account & all of that(like you do when you FIRST get it) I tried going to Play Store to re-download them & it says insufficient storage. I then went to settings>storage & 0.00 is available! How can her tablet be full when she only has the factory preset apps on it now? I'm attempting to power off & back on. it's taking 20 minutes to power down. Should I just factory reset it?

Tried to search for temple run on Play Store but it didnt show the game app itself although its it already installed on my phone it should stillcbe there on the list.
And most of the apps even if its searchable it says application not compatible on my device. How come?

One thing I can't seem to find so far is a list of everything Google offers in the Market - apps, widgets, etc. Searching "Google, Inc." in the Market will bring a lot of non Google apps in between and it doesn't seem to load Google's apps first. Is their a website that has a definitive list of Google, Inc.'s offerings in the Market?

how would I go about 'disconnecting' the app from the Market? Deleting the market link as if it were side-loaded?

I have purchased several apps through the Google market. Updating to Froyo required a system reset for me so the apps had to be reinstalled from the market. My google checkout and login ID are the same but Google charged me again for the apps and they showed up on my CC. Tried to resolve through google but gave up in frustration trying to find some way to dispute or rectify the situation. I disputed the charge through my CC but I have a feeling that is going to cause more trouble. Surely there is some way this is SUPPOSED to work and a planned way to rectify easily when it does not.

View 11 Replies View RelatedAnyone lately get the Google talk authentication error notification repeatedly and find that they can no longer download apps from the Android market? Mine is going on the third day now and endless Google searches reveal that this problem has affected various Android devices worldwide, including the Incredible that just came out. I've tried all kind of suggestions but none work and there doesn't seem to be any official response from Google on the matter. I wonder if it is a hardware problem since these forums are not buzzing on these issues at all. In my case the phone worked perfectly for 2 days after activating and knowing how high the demand has been surely more people would be experiencing the same issues were it a device or cloud software problem. If anyone else has the same problems please post here.

ES File Explorer worked, ROM Manager, everything, etc. I then decided to flash the latest radio update as well. Upon the reboot, all my settings got lost, I had to redo my email, etc but the radio got updated. It also looks like all the apps Fresh 0.3 included now went missing. Did I do something wrong or it this a bug?

Yesterday all my contacts and my google accounts, to which they were synchronised, disappeared. Just like that, out of the blue.
I tried to add the google account again, but I keep getting a "can't establish reliable data connection" error. It is not a network access issue because internet and email (imap, not gmail) work fine, plus I tried with two different SIMs and with Wi-Fi, but to no avail.
I read about people deleting some files from their rooted Android and/or hard resetting their phones, but these fixes don't seem to always work and I'd rather try something else first.
I must say that, even though I like Android, I am getting very annoyed at how unreliable and buggy it has proven compared to my iphone and blackberry. Is it too much to ask to have a phone that doesn't reboot every other minute and that doesn't delete your contacts?
l uninstalled Google Search and Google Play store apps, but they were not completely uninstalled and now I can't reinstall them because the store says they are installed. I cannot find them on my android tablet and so I cannot use them. What is a good app to completely uninstall them. Some of these apps will not install on my Lenovo tablet.

All my google applications like Gmail, Maps, Play,Google Plus are working fine in WIFI.But when i try to refresh or update these application thro Airtel 3g,i am getting No Connection Error.
All my 3rd party apps like Facebook,Whatsapp are working fine in 3G.
I don't think this is an issue specific to my phone model. When I go into the Android Market (or Play Store) and I look at my apps it previously showed purchased apps but now it shows all the apps I've ever installed. If I want to install an app I purchased previously I have to search through all the hundreds of apps I have ever installed!
I've tried to find a resolution via Google but I keep getting results showing how to clear market search history.
Like I said, previously before I upgraded to ICS the market only showed installed apps and purchased apps that I haven't installed, now it shows every app I have ever installed and it seems to include apps I installed on my android tablet!

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have installed some apps from Android Market to my Galaxy y. I needed to reset the factory settings and all the apps in the phone was erased. I only wanted to delete the email account. I tried to go to Android Market to reinstall. But it won't get in my phone anymore even when I click on install. There is a button that says installed. I checked on "manage account" setting and none of the applications are there. From Android market, when I click on "My Library" I see all the apps that I have downloaded before.
Question: Is it not possible to reinstall these free apps again? If so how do I do it?
