Motorola Droid :: Flash Download For Froyo 2.2
Jun 9, 2010Anyone can link me to a Download of Flash for Froyo 2.2 FRF57, the newest Froyo ROM released? Actually, I'm using BuglessBeast V0.1 FRF57. Not sure if that matters. I've tried downloading one from droid-life but the APK wouldn't install. It said it couldn't open it as an APK file.

Sep 28, 2010Yesterday, I noticed that the Social Networking app was not updating. I couldn't find any setting to sync it manually, so I figured maybe a factory reset would do the trick. So....after I did the reset, I noticed that none of my apps were downloading. They all said "downloading" but nothing was happening. So I ended up just restoring from a nandroid backup I did before the reset. Im glad to say that the Social Networking is updating now, but apps are still not downloading . I went to settings/applications/market and cleared the data and rebooted. Still nothing.

Nov 21, 2010Ok, there is literally no way that I'm the only one who has asked this question but I can't find the answer by searching. Here's my problem, after I flash my rom and restart my phone the market begins auto-downloading all the apps I previously had installed. I do not want this bc I use titanium backup for all of that.
I know I can avoid it temporarily if I skip entering my email address, but there has to be a setting for me to un check that will make it not try to auto download anything once I do add my account.
I'm sure you guys have all run into this by now, so can someone please tell me what setting will resolve this issue?

Feb 5, 2010I just got my Nexus One today and got service going (still waiting on the ability for me to use mobile web) But I'm connected to my WIFI right now and when I try to install any apps it freezes in the "Downloads" section saying "Starting Download..."

Aug 4, 2010How I love my Droid so much more now that I am using Froyo and Flash. I tried Froyo a few times in the past but always went back to 2.1 due to the fact I am addicted to World War. Now that the 2.2 OTA came out and went ahead and installed a Rooted 2.2 ROM and then installed Flash. Now I am able to stream video from mega video with almost no problems. They only problem I have is that the sound is just a little off. It's not to bad though. Anyhow back to watching The Big Bang Theory.

Aug 12, 2010I still have not received the ota 2.2 update for my motorola droid. I used to have my droid rooted to droidmod I think, I started having some problems (this was months ago so I'm sure everything was fixed) and I unrooted and went back to stock 2.0.1 and then used the ota to update to 2.1. So I am waiting on froyo and I was just wondering if I update and don't like it will I be able to flash back to 2.0.1.

Jul 5, 2010I just installed Froyo on my rooted droid, and every time I try to download Flash player from the market, it doesn't come up, and when I try to download it from the Adobe website, it redirects me to the market on my phone and says "invalid location" so I'm wondering if android is doing this on purpose or am I just ******ed? or is something just wrong with my update now lol. btw my phone does say version 2.2

Aug 19, 2010I just updated to 2.2 froyo yesterday and now when I try to download any app it starts and goes straight to saying download unsuccessful! Is this an issue with 2.2? What can I do to resolve this? It sucks a little extra because I just uninstalled my launcherpro plus because it was being glitchy with 2.2 and as I went to reinstall it like the dev told me to I found out I could no longer download apps. I can't even navigate the orginal home screen because of how use to launcherproI was.

Jul 22, 2010I just rooted a couple hours ago. After I did I realized that nothing would download from the market, new apps or updates. So I did a factory reset. Now when I try to open the market it won't even bring up the terms and conditions so obviosely I have no access to the market. What do I do? And BTW, when I did a factory reset do I need to root again?
