I have the epic 4g obviously. I live in a 3g area. Using wifi or 3g i am unable to get this app to stream games, i've tried redownloading the app and such. I used to be able (just weeks ago) to get this to work on my moment phone, it didnt work well but at least it worked. with the epic i get nothing streaming.

View 6 Replies View RelatedSo, I've been trying to make my calendar start on Sunday, I have changed the settings to do so, but the calendar still starts on Monday.
I use CalWidget and in the "Miscellaneous" settings I've ticked the "Week starts Sunday" setting, still no luck.
My cloud Google Calendar starts on Sunday as well.
Am I missing something? It doesn't seem to me like this should be hard to do, and I'm not computer or Android illiterate, but I just can't seem to figure this one out.
If you open Marketplace then press the menu key then downloads, you will go straight to all apps on your phone and all that have updates will be listed first. I found it by accident and saw I had 40 apps with updates.

I am using a brand new Sprint EPIC 4G.The application Messaging (process com.android.mms) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.I did some google searching and the best I could find was clearing the cache and program data from the mail applicatoin. It isn't working either, none of the fixes apply.I also tried installing "Handcent" and it does not appear to be working either. I am not showing any messages in any programs and can only tell I have a txt message if I review the "notifications" from here I can send a response but thats it.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have had my Epic for 10 days now and have swapped it once for this problem. If I power off the phone to save battery life or change battery, when I power up again the app and contact shortcuts I had placed on the home/extended pages have disappeared (the widgets are still there). The apps and data are still there in the apps folder, but it is a pain having to pull my most commonly used ones back to the home pages each time I restart the phone. Sprint tech have remotely rebooted the phones and we have taken both phones back to factory settings several times but the problem always recurs. As I have now had 2 phones with the same problem I am presuming it is a software glitch. Sprint have been less than helpful to date, other than basic resets and changing the phone. Has anyone else had this issue?

View 2 Replies View RelatedOne of the things I miss the most from my iPhone is being able to dial directly from my Calendar appointments. When I was discussing this in the Android Lounge, some people made it seem like they do that all the time. Does anyone here know if this can be set up some how on the Captivate. Or do you need to use a different calendar or something? By dialing direct I mean you are on the item in your calendar, and you can just click a number in the notes and the dialer comes up without having to copy and pasted the number over to the dialer.

I've been using mine outdoors for running. That includes controlling the media player, switching to email to link to the map my running team emailed to us, and then referencing the map when so I knew where to turn. I'm not reading War and Peace with the reflection of the sun glaring off the screen, but all in all, I've found it pretty easy to use outdoors.
