Nov 11, 2009Alright so my Google search bar on my home screen moved like an inch down and it just looks ********, anyone know how to move it back up?

Motorola Droid :: How Do I Get My Search Bar Back?
Nov 17, 2009The search slid over to the home screen to the left, during one of the phone calls. Now to access it, I have to go to the left home screen.I tried holding down and moving it, but it only moves about within the same homepage, and I can't get it back to the middle one.

It used to work that when I held down the little magnifying glass in the lower right corner of my screen it would bring up a voice search that let me say pretty much anything... navigate to [here], call [this person]. It's stopped doing that. Now when I hold it down it brings up a little message saying "you haven't enabled quick compose, please enable it from handcent settings"

So far: I've confirmed that 3 special voice commands work on my Droid X:

However, there are supposed to be more (from my research), but none of the following is working:
"Call <contact> mobile/work/home/etc" to call that contact
"Dial <number> " to dial the number
Has anyone discovered any other working voice commands?
HTC Incredible :: Files Deleted / Moved After Connected To PC - Get It Back?
May 23, 2010There were a bunch of videos on my phone's internal memory (21 to be exact). I connected the phone to a PC so I could copy the videos off the phone and when it synced the two drives (internal and SD), it only showed 3 out of the 21 videos I had. I searched on the drive for *.3gp videos and it still only showed those 3. When I removed the phone from the PC and looked in my videos on the phone the extra 18 videos were no longer there. I also performed a search on the phone using Astro and again it only found the 3 videos.
It is as if they have been deleted somehow? Any idea how to get them back?
Sprint HTC Hero :: Daylight Calendar Error - Moved Back An Hour
Nov 2, 2009I wake up this morning groggy and otherwise just tired so I check my Hero to see what time it is, 7 am. Now I want to see when my first class is so i go into my calendar to see what I had lined up for the day and what do I find? All my times were moved back an hour!! Anybody else find this strange?

Oct 1, 2010So with the last few ROMs I've had installed, I've tried moving apps to the sdcard. I figured it would be a good thing, even if I wasn't running out of room. Every time I move more than just a few apps to the sdcard, my whole phone starts getting laggy. I just moved all of my apps back to phone and the "lagginess" is gone. I currently have UD8.0 installed, but it has behaved this way with LFY and Pete's BB ROMs as well. So it doesn't seem to be a ROM related.
