Samsung Moment :: Message - Please Insert A Disc Into Removable Disc F
Aug 19, 2010I'm working my way through Technica's vids, but I'm stuck at the part where I'm supposed to paste the root "package" on my sd card. My phone is recognized in My Computer as Removable Disc F:, but every time I click on it I get a pop up with "Please insert a disk into Removable Disk F:." I've restarted my phone with no luck.

Jun 26, 2010I went online to check the rates at a local golf course, had to download it to sd card because they have it as a pdf file, no problems. I decided that i would send this file to a friend, wanted to send it via text, couldn't figure it out, then tried to send it as an email couldn't figure that out either. There must be a way to do this, or maybe I need a app that I don't know about. Any help would be great, Thanks

Sep 23, 2010My phone always goes into disc drive mode mode even when I select charge only. Worse, it goes to disc drive mode even when I charge using the wall charger, which means I can't access anything from my SD card when I charging my phone through the wall charger or my car charger.

Android :: Nexus One Car Dock Adhesive Disc
Oct 6, 2010I just got my N1 car dock and i want to put it on my dashboard. Problem is its not smooth enough for the suction - so i "need" to use the included adhesive pad/disc to properly secure it..
I'm worried about this because: It's a brand new EVO that i paid a lot for - i do not want to mess up my dash.. So:
1) Is the adhesive disc removable?
2) Can it be removed and not leave and residue?
3) If it does leave residue can it be removed easy?
4) What is the possibility of it stripping off any paint on the dash?

May 31, 2010Seems to be another Vista and sync problem: Laptop will recognise Desire in "Disc Drive" mode, but not in "Sync" mode. No response from the lappy and error flung up on the Desire ""Unable to find HTC sync on your PC ...etc"

Aug 11, 2010Wondering what the experiences have bee with using the Evo with a golf gps app. I have used the iPhone and it is pretty accurate. I am test driving a Captivate, in anticipation of the Epic, and the GPS is awful (as documented on this forum). The Epic GPS issue is causing me to look at the Evo instead. I use GPS while traveling all the time and is a must have. I figure if the Evo is accurate on the golf course it will be great on the road.
