Games :: Scoring Bigger On Penguin?
Nov 15, 2010I been playing Penguin for a few weeks now (this is the one where a penguin jumps off a cliff and is swatted as far as possible by a polar bear with a baseball bat).So far, I can't seem to get a score much over 25000 (25115 is my highest, which is just outside the Top 1000). Going by the high score list, it looks as if upwards of 29000 is possible. Can anyone give me any hints as to how I can get beyond my current level?

Jul 31, 2009I'm developing an app and i need to detect when the user shakes the phone from side to side , that means just along one axis (in this case X).I want to know when the user shakes the phone to the left and when to the right, the problem is that my code does not detect shaking but tilt, i have tested this code and it works when i tilt the phone to left or to the right, but not when a shake it from side to side (no matter the orientation of the phone).

As I'm a bit stubborn, I've done some tests but I only manage to display one ListView which fill all the screen even if I use "wrap_content" or if I put each ListView in a LinearLayout. The final goal is to connect these ListViews together, clicking on an item from the first will update the content of the second, and so on.Should I user ScrollView instead ? For those who will say that three ListViews won't fit in a mobile screen, I trying to make an application for a tablet :)

Oct 10, 2013I have used link2sd to link all my apps to my sd card. But link2sd doesn't move the data, it only moves apk and cache and library files. I have asphalt 7 with a data of about 1 gb, and I can use Gl to sd to move the data.
But on Gl to sd download page it is said that it will interfere with other mount scripts and all that. My question : is it safe to use Gl to sd and link2sd side by side, or will it cause any problems???

May 18, 2010I'm looking for an app that will act as a scorecard and also be able to track stats such as fairways hit, greens in regulation, up & downs, sand saves, etc. Added bonus if it will calculate my handicap. -Record and import videos taken w/ the Droid
-Slowmotion Playback (forward and reverse)

-Save clips by video angle (down the line, face on, etc)

HTC EVO 4G :: Anyone Using Evo As Golf Gps?
Aug 11, 2010Wondering what the experiences have bee with using the Evo with a golf gps app. I have used the iPhone and it is pretty accurate. I am test driving a Captivate, in anticipation of the Epic, and the GPS is awful (as documented on this forum). The Epic GPS issue is causing me to look at the Evo instead. I use GPS while traveling all the time and is a must have. I figure if the Evo is accurate on the golf course it will be great on the road.
