I have figured everything out for the most part. but i purchased the launcherpro plus or whatever for my samsung epic and i customized the dock icons. They are really small i don't know why. but is there anyone out there that knows how to make the dock icons bigger?

Apr 12, 2010I was wondering if anyone can help me with this. I have the car dock which is nice rotates 360 but the phone home screen does not rotate, only certain screens rotate. It would be nice if the contacts screen would rotate also when the phone does. Also would be nice if it would rotate 360 not just one way 90 degrees.

Dec 11, 2009I'm trying to figure out if this has been done before. If so, a link to it would be greatly appreciated.I would like to use the Android Home Dock for my car. I'm thinking that i will (somehow) have to splice the power cord for the home dock and wire it to my car battery so it would keep my phone charged while docked. I also have a perfect spot to place the dock in my car via velcro. The reason why i do not want the car dock is because:
1. it wont keep your phone charged in a clean manner
2. it does not look as clean as the home dock
3. the arm for the car dock is too short for me to reach the phone comfortably on my windshield

Jul 19, 2010After receiving the M2 car mount, I have noticed a troublesome problem. When the phone is docked, and I hit the top unlock button, and then attempt to swipe down, I get either no response, or occasionally it will unlock the screen. If I use my other hand to hold the phone, it will unlock normally. Obviously, this will not work while driving down the road. I have seen on other forums either this EXACT problem, or a problem with the device laying on it back. Also, if I do get the phone to unlock, navigating while in the dock is very erratic. I'm curious if anyone is having a problem with their phone while in a car dock, or lying on a surface and will not unlock without holding it with your other hand.

Motorola Droid :: Using Multimedia Dock In The Car
Nov 15, 2009I bought the car dock and I do not like it. I wish you could just set the phone in the car dock and have it charge without plugging in the charging cable separately. Would it be possible to use the multimedia dock as a car dock? It seems like the only difference is the polarity of the magnet. Can that easily be reversed (cut out and turned around)? I already have an adapter to plug the USB cable into. 3M makes a great double-sided automobile tape that would hold the dock to the dashboard. Anyone with a multimedia dock willing to try it out and report back?

Aug 5, 2010I'm having an issue with my custom icons on my LauncherPro dock disappearing after my phone goes on standby, or I plug in my phone to my pc, or something like that.The icons switch back from the custom to the standard LauncherPro icons. However, it's not doing it on every icon, the mail and text custom icons stay, but the phone, app drawer, and web icons revert back to stock.

Feb 23, 2010There are two parts, the circular disc that sticks to the glass and then the actual holder which suctions against the disc. Do y'all leave the holder attached at all times? Even when you get out of the car? Or do you take it on and off as you use it? I'm just wondering how secure that disc is to the glass.

Sep 2, 2010Is there any way to enable car dock mode on an Incredible? I don't mean just starting the car dock app, but having it automatically start when you put the phone in a dock. I know it works on motorola phone with magnets. I've been using Custom Car Home and it's supposed to take over the Home button when you're in a car dock, but doesn't work on the Incredible since we don't have fancy magnetic docks. I read on the EVO board that the new HTC car dock for the EVO puts it in car dock mode and was wondering if there was a way for us to enable this too. Perhaps a special USB charging cable to use in the car that sends some sort of signal?
