HTC EVO 4G :: Everything Plus Referral Program?
Apr 1, 2010Will the Evo 4g be compatible w/ the Everything Plus Referral program? I'm switching from an ATT family plan to (hopefully) an Everything Plus Referral program when this phone comes out. So I have no experience with what kinds of phones work with the program. Hell, is the Hero even applicable with this program?

Is this true? I want the instant rebate to make the phone 250 but I also want the plan that I was banking on.

I guess it gets the job done as far as making wallpapers go, but you lose a lot of image quality in the process. So what's the Android forums advice on a program to use?

Mar 17, 2010Is there anyone else out there having trouble with Pandora staying connected? After I tune in to a station that I like and leave my phone, I will notice that my music has stopped playing. But, (sometimes) when I come back to my phone, the music will start back up. Then again, more times than none, when I come back to the phone, the program has stopped responding and I will have to restart the entire program.

Oct 22, 2009I installed Handcent because of the battery drain issue, and like it a lot, but now I cannot turn off the OEM Messages program. I tried going into the Settings>Applications>Manage Applications to turn it off, and it doesn't work. I also did the "Use Handcent as default SMS" when that box first pops up. I get two different ringtone notifications too. Although I switched the ringer to the same one both through the phone's settings and through Handcent's settings.

Aug 28, 2010I was trying to do the RUU program that so many people have used and I ran into an issue! It was started and it was preparing or looking for my bootloader then all of the a sudden it gave me an error saying something about my USB! I never touched my USB and all I see the the HTC logo. I haven't unplugged it from USB and haven't pulled the battery (don't want to kill it!) Any recommendations? I did as the program asked as well! Apr 18, 2010There seem to be 74 different apps that switch sound profiles or dim the screen and turn stuff on and off. But why is there no consolidated macro program? Not just for profiles, but to control other things as well. Like being able to place a shortcut on your home screen labeled "Go Home", and when it's pressed, it turns on GPS, turn off screen timeout, opens Google Maps Navigation, and sets the destination to whatever your own address is.
Or instead of using the YouTube app by itself, make a shortcut that turns off screen timeout, sets brightness to 100%, maybe turns on wifi,and opens the YouTube app. An app that allows you to write a series of actions, including switching profiles, turning things on and off, opening or closing programs, even changing settings inside a program, like the aforementioned setting a predetermined address as the destination inside Navigation, would be awesome. It would be nice to save a little time by having the same 4 or 5 different actions you do to do the same thing each time all consolidated into a shortcut or something, especially when driving. Is there any program like this, and if not, how come?
