Nov 10, 2009I just got a new 8GB SDHC card for my phone. I copied over all the folders that were in my old memory card and created an additional folder called 'music' and added a few mp3 files in there. When I try up the phone and look under music I do not see the new song files.Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what I might me doing wrong here?

May 25, 2010I've rooted with pure hero 1.1 on my phone and want to push the HTC keyboard and contacts list. I have the apk files for both I have fresh pre-kitchen 0.2 and I get an error when trying to push files and can't see the files I want to pull with it. Sep 21, 2010I've flashed different .zip files to my hero, gaps, froyo mms fix, market fix etc. You get the point But I'm wondering how i can view a list of all the things iv flashed. Iv made many changes to my phone and would like to see what is currently flashed to my device.And also i was wondering if there's a way to unflash this stuff and if not what will get rid of it? Because i have no backups. They were all messed up and got deleted

Apr 30, 2010Hey does anybody know if you can use your hero to view MLB.TV games through the MLB site? I know we get the Android MLB At Bat app which gives you audio to all games, which isn't bad for $15 bucks for the season, and for me it's worked well... But the Ipod gets video in their At Bat app if your an MLB.TV subscriber. And I just wanted to know if anyone tried to just use our browser to get the games in the same fashion one might on a pc.

Jun 29, 2013My searches all bring back ways to transfer files using my Windows Explorer on my PC Interface via USB and on Android "Es file explorer" using wifi.
I use ES file Explorer to view shared folders on my PC via wifi. I want to do the same thing only faster through USB. Similar to how you connect the android to your pc and it shows the internal sd and external sd in windows explorer.
For example... I want to browse my vast collection of "Justin Bieber's Monkey confiscated by German customs for excessive spanking" pics on my pc to find one that looks good as my android wallpaper. I dont want to use wifi and cant load the 74GB of pics from my pc on my 8 GB SD card on my Android to go through them.
Sprint HTC Hero :: Sometimes (Pandora) Program Stopped Responding
Mar 17, 2010Is there anyone else out there having trouble with Pandora staying connected? After I tune in to a station that I like and leave my phone, I will notice that my music has stopped playing. But, (sometimes) when I come back to my phone, the music will start back up. Then again, more times than none, when I come back to the phone, the program has stopped responding and I will have to restart the entire program.

Oct 22, 2009I installed Handcent because of the battery drain issue, and like it a lot, but now I cannot turn off the OEM Messages program. I tried going into the Settings>Applications>Manage Applications to turn it off, and it doesn't work. I also did the "Use Handcent as default SMS" when that box first pops up. I get two different ringtone notifications too. Although I switched the ringer to the same one both through the phone's settings and through Handcent's settings.
