Oct 10, 2010I have just started playing around with the video on my new x. I uploaded some files onto my mac and they opened with Quicktime. Im not sure what format the files were copied in, but I tried to import them into imovie so I could edit them and it doesnt seem to recognized the files I uploaded from the x. Can someone tell me what format the x video is in and how I might convert this to a mac friendly file (preferably for free).

Jul 24, 2010I've been trying to get a couple episodes of weeds on my DX (great show btw) and I've been having trouble with the playback. I used this guide exactly to convert them .How to convert videos and transfer them to the Motorola DROID X - Know Your Cell.The quality of the videos is great and so is the sound, its just in high "action" areas of the video its pretty choppy and laggy. One thing I should point out is that the videos original files are smaller than the droids highest resolution, but they still look great on the screen.

I have tryed converting these files to .avi or .mp4 but they always lose the subtitles in the process. Any one knowledgeable enough to provide some input please. Mar 4, 2010On my old SD card from my previous phone i had videos of my son and when i put that SD card into my Eris the videos play but don't have audio.. my levels on ringer and media are all the way up but still no sound.. I then changed from my old SD card that was 512mb to the 8 GB that came with the phone and still no luck.. i can play the videos on my computer through the SD card but they don't through my phone.. can someone please help? I have some very priceless moments of him since birth to now and he's about to turn 2.

Apr 7, 2010I'm having a hard time uploading videos that I record with my Eris to Facebook. After recording the video, Facebook is not one of the options that is presented to me when I click share. When I try YouTube, I get an error message that the video is too large. My only option is to e-mail it to myself, then go to my computer and upload from there. Not really what I'm looking for.
I believe there's an app called Qik or something like that which my do this but I'm not sure?
