I have bought a GADMEI E8HD Tablet from efox. Its a great Tablet, uses 0912 as Firmware and it runs fine!
And then, Firmware 1011 is coming out. OK, no Problem. Flashed it and then: DEAD.
Nothing. It stays Black, doesnt do anything, even on USB.

Strange problem here with my Gadmei E8 3D tablet running ICS as I can install the usual Bluetooth GPS apps and connect to my Qstarz Bluetooth GPS and get a signal but that data doesn't make it to GPS apps or utils...I did enable mock locations in /settings/developper.

He said it lowers the pixels in the game to run better. I tapped the install button and it said rebooting now. It then started to reboot but then proceeded to get stuck at the boot screen. I tried doing a hard reset but it is still stuck. I have also tried flashing the stock rom, but I get installation aborted when I try and install it.

I have a Motorola XOOM WIFI US version (don't remember exactly the Android version, but it's 3 point something). It was rooted and unlocked, but I decided to relock it, so I followed a tutorial to do it.
Everything worked fine and, despite the long process and the several steps, I didn't have any problems at all, but when I finished flashing the images from the usb, the tablet automatically rebooted and now it's stuck at the boot screen, with the Motorola logo.
I have read some topics with the same issue and I always see the same solution: go into the recovery mode, but the problem is that I can't even access the recovery mode. When I push the vol + button to select the "recovery" option, I just got a message "Reading ODM fuse: 1", and there's nothing else I can do. I can't even shut the tablet down.
I have a Double Power EM63 tablet from Walmart. I believe it is identical to the Ematic EM63 and the MID-AM789 (Google "AM789" for specs since I apparently can't post links yet). I rooted it using Shaume (It's not in english, I just clicked the button that said "root"). I was trying to improve the tablets gaming performance, so I installed the Chainfire 3D driver, and now my tablet won't boot. It gets stuck on the "DOPO" logo, never gets to the boot animation. I can enter recovery mode, so I tried the "wipe/reset" option, but it didn't work. I think I need the stock ROM or a compatible custom ROM to flash to the tablet so it can run again, but I can't find any ROMs that would work and don't really know how to flash it.

I tried changing the resolution in build.prop to 130 and the launcher and SystemUI repeatedly crash on boot. I can't open any apps and I can't get into recovery mode. When I use Vol Up + Power it goes to an Android guy on his back with a red triangle with a ! in the middle, but no options to go into recovery mode. Is there any way I can rescue my tablet with my computer or another tablet?
I forgot to mention that using Vol Up + Power on the red triangle screen does nothing at all. I have Android SDK installed on my computer, can I do anything with this? The firmware version is 1.5 and the model number is SoftwinerEvb. The build number is nuclear-evb-eng 4.0.1
My tablet is a JXD P300 with Android 4.0.4. Tetando set the external SD card as internal SD did some wrong procedure even went to settings and turned off the internal SD card. And now the tablet is stopped on the first home screen. Looking for firmware for it?

I just got the v711s tablet directly from china and I tried to flash it with a new firmware but I didn't took the good one. Now the touch screen doesn't work and I'm unable to reflash it to an other firmware.Also the boot manager is not responsive so no chance on this side (also I don't have volume button on the tablet).
What should be my next step? Is a hard reset via SD card available ? Is there a way to get boot manager working ?

I'm encountering some problems when i'm trying to update my Hyundai T7S tablet to the official jelly bean 4.2 ROM.
I've the update from the Hyundai website (hyundai-digital .cn). This download comes in a .rar file. I knew it would be impossible, but tried anyway to flash this file from the SD-card. But to make it work this way, the update should be a .zip-file.
In the .rar file are 15 files, some of them are .bin and .img files. And I've not the knowledge what I can do with these files. Unfortunately the support guide of Hyundai can not be opened and two hours Google.
Is it possible to convert the .rar file into a .zip file and flesh this file? Or can I flash the rar-file in some way?
I have just received this tablet and it sucks. It runs android 2.3.4, but it has no android market. I managed to install the Market APK, but to my surprise, there was no way to add a google account, so I can use the market.
Second, I want to root this sucker. I tried SuperOneClick 2.3.3, but when I put the device in debug mode and connect it to the pc, it does not search for drivers, even though I have the android SDK installed.
I update the firmware with the latest rooted one for t-mobile? What benefit does rooting give me?

Okay so my question is, can I flash Galaxo 1.6.2 or GAOSP "without" ODIN flashing or updating my firmware to 1.6? and not then what consequences would occur if I don't flash firmware update before GALAXO 1.6.2 flash. My phone firmware version is I7500ZHJA1 and I believe that is the latest firmware for my region which is still Android 1.5.
I have a Nexus 7 tablet and every few days I notice a few new apps on the device. I'm not sure if they're full apps or just simply icons to download apps or get more information. I have tried to avoid using them. I know previously I had a couple apps that were sending notifications to the notification system that I considered to be spam. After some research I found out how you can find out which apps are doing it and disable notifications from those apps so that took care of that.

Now, my phone is switched off since 15 days, when ever i try to switch it on, it vibrates once and nothing at all afterwards...if i press power button again, it won't vibrate, unless and untill i remove the battery and reinsert it in phone..
i see three red flashes of light, when connected to PC..
1. PC Companion for update, repair and custom repair is not working...most of the time phone is not detected..
2. SE-update service is also not working and phone is shown as Xperia arc..

4. few, technician told me box flash would work, but again, it didn't work out
Now, i don't know much about this, but i do understand that hardware seems to be good, till now, the only issue is software and that to initial boot process i.e. bootloader.

I have a [Gen2] ZTE v9 Tab which had 2.2 as the stock OS which I managed to get upgraded to 2.3 using modcore everything was gr8. I pushed my luck little further and tried to install Android ICS in order to do that I did a TPT using image file and after doing that my tab is bricked.
It's not booting into the OS I tried to get into the FTM mode but that doesn't work now only thing that work's is the ADB I tried the recovery methods that can be done through ADB but it says "sh:/sbin/recovery xxxx" missing.
What I think is that the system partition was recreated and Is there any way that I can get the system files on to the tab using ADB or a way to copy entire directory on to the tab using the ADB.
Got the system to boot to FTM but when I try to flash it the software fails and gives a error "Failed to Get aprmg x x x " some thing like that if there's a way to skip this I'll be able to get my tab back to working condition.
I got an HTC Explorer around a month ago and quickly found out how useless it was with the miniscule amount internal storage HTC decided to provide me with. So I quickly found jaggyjags' rooting tutorial found here: http:[url]....
All went well and I was happy with the phone, until some of the apps started bloating and I went a little too far with link2sd and tried to convert the com.htc app into a user app, which ended disastrously. Pretty much every process failed or had an error, so I tried restarting the phone and found myself in a boot-loop.
I then succesfully got into HBOOT and then into recovery. So I decided to try installing jaggyjags' custom ROM. After taking out my SD card to connect to my computer and copy jaggyjags' rom to, I got back into HBOOT, but could not get into recovery anymore. All the phone did was get stuck on the HTC screen.
After leaving it on the screen to see if it would eventually make it to recovery, I discovered that the phone is now dead and won't even charge. I'm not sure if it's because the battery might be dead or some other reason.
