View 2 Replies View RelatedHere's my situation. I have 5 tablets and all being Acer A200's. One of them works fine, but the other four are stuck on the acer logo.
There is NO support for these tablets anymore, no honeycomb roms available to download, etc.
Is there any way that I can basically copy the whole rom/bootloader that's on the working A200, and put it on all the other tablets?

I just got the v711s tablet directly from china and I tried to flash it with a new firmware but I didn't took the good one. Now the touch screen doesn't work and I'm unable to reflash it to an other firmware. Also the boot manager is not responsive so no chance on this side (also I don't have volume button on the tablet).
What should be my next step? Is a hard reset via SD card available ? Is there a way to get boot manager working ?

I have bought a GADMEI E8HD Tablet from efox. Its a great Tablet, uses 0912 as Firmware and it runs fine!
And then, Firmware 1011 is coming out. OK, no Problem. Flashed it and then: DEAD.
Nothing. It stays Black, doesnt do anything, even on USB.
I know from [URL] .... and [URL] .....
I have the specs of the tablets and it's come rooted so I can install busybox and superuser like I normally would. However it runs really slow as to what it should do.
Preferably I would like to put Cyanogen on them both however due to them being Irulu tablets I have no idea if there are any ROM's out there that would work with them. how to back up the stock ROM so that I can flash that if things go wrong.

I have a problem for a few days. The story is that I installed Custom ROM and it stop asking for unlock code when I insert a new carrier sim card. Somebody told me to restore to Stock Firmware. I used "KDS Firmware Update" to push Stock Firmware from my PC but when the phone restart to install Stock Firmware, Custom Recovery Mode appear instead of Stock Recovery Mode. As the result, it failed to install.
I'm looking for a way to restore Stock Recovery Mode but I found nothing. Now, how to do it or give me the Stock Recovery Image zip for my LG Optimus G E973.
I'm looking for the stock firmware for the Telecom New Zealand i9100T. I tried searching the other threads relating to this but it hasn't been posted yet.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI bought this tablet last week, and I tried to install CM 10 roms. I managed to install with succes except for one big thing: The screen is overlay, and I cannot see the complet displayed image! So... I downloaded and flashed the "original" rom from MSI website (versio 1.08). For my surprise, everything was OK except for the same problem with the screen.

I had rooted my galaxy FIT on stock rom with gingerbread 2.3.4 & firmware version S5670DDKQ5 using SUPERONECLICK earlier.
Recently my fone was upgraded by samsung kies to gingerbread 2.3.6 & firmware version S5670DDKT2, and after the upgrade I was unrooted again
When I tried to root again, all my attempts failed, I used SuperOneClick 2.3.3 to root my fone again, but it failed after STEP 7.
Why can't I root my fone now, has SAMSUNG patched the zergrush exploit?
If so how do I root again?, I mean it should be safe enough to try coz I don't wanna brick my phone....
Link to any custom or stock firmware for this tablet?
I have a small annoying issue that I am sure could be fixed with a flash, the back button randomly stops working until I reboot.
The baby Einstein on their 800 number thought a factory reset would fix it, then that using the software button was a good enough solution and had no clue about tablets in general. Through Support e-mail they were heading towards wanting me to ship the tablet back rather than supply a link to firmware. I explained to them it doesn't appear to be hardware related as it is random, and reboot fixes it.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-19300) international version. I rooted it last night. Took a custom backup of ROM and backup using Titanium backup. I installed cyanogenmod 9 on it today. It was working perfectly. Then when i installed Google apps (gapps) and restarted it got stuck on the bootscreen. I hardbooted and now all i see is this fuzzy black n white screen ( like static). I tried going into clockworkmod recovery but still the same screen. However, i can still go to odin mode.
So i guess i have to install stock firmware through odin now. But i'm unable to download the firmware. All links are on hotfile and as everyone knows , it sucks :/ download stops after 2 min. Cant find a mirror also.
I've tried downloading it many times but failed
extract the stock rom of my tablet.
