Is there any way to make the browser or any browser to be able to double click a web page. My work website requires double click but double tapping obviously changes the focus in android. Yes, the work website is a joke but that's besides the point.
Someone was able to write a program for iphone to do this but they won't for android. They are fanbois so no dice.

When clicked, it uses the GPS/Cell phone towers to figure out the location. I tried the google.loader.clientLocation but that only works using the IP address. Well I've had alot of people messaging me about converters for music, video, photos etc and I decided to just post up a thread for people to ask questions if they need to. Anyways, the best converter that I could reccomend, HANDS DOWN for any needs whether they be for your phone or not is the SUPERC converter which can be found here
With it you can convert virtually any media type into any other media type. For starters here are some steps...
1. Drag your file to be converted into the que.
2. Double click on it to bring up the detailed info.
3. Select the output you want from the drag down menu at the top left
4. Match up the info for the video and audio (if applicable) to the details you brought up about the clip. Yes this is a bit techy, but its really simple, just read and click on the buttons. If your framerate or bitrate doesnt match up, always pick the lower one. I.E: If you have a framrate of 96, and the options are 108 and 90, always pick the lowest of the two.
5. Just click convert! and wait until it gives you an output file size!
Yes it may seem a bit overwhelming at first, but its great to be able to convert anything into, well, anything. I use it for all my converting needs, and even if your not a techy person, even if you dont know what a bitrate is (shame on you! haha jk) its still a great program which is easy to use, whether you have circuit boards instead of brains or not.

The way the company sets up my work calender is when I want to see what the schedule is I have to double click to open it. On a regular browser double clicking is no problem but on the EVO all it does is zoom in.

Every time I post on forums it always wants to double post, on here there is a 15 second gap before you can post again but on a lot of the forums I use are for work related pimping, well I post a lot on kite forums and run a kite school so it's kinda work related pimping. It's doing my head in as I have to go and delete a second post every time I post, just curious if any one else had this issue? I want to do some browser automation from my android phone. I have tasker, but that only gives me http post and http get operations. I do not think that these functions can do that.
Basicaly, I want to open a browser, go to a website, login. I would also like to automate this from a job scheduler. I can do a schedule with tasker.
However, when I google how to programmatically click buttons and send usernames and passwords, I can't find an application that has that functionality on the android. I may need to code it. When I google 'android automation' etc... I get selenium and other utilities that are run on a pc to test android applications. I do not see anything to manipulate browsers. iMacros is not out yet for android.
I basically just want to connect to a page, pass my username and password and do a perform click.
1. When I close out of the browser and come to it later, all of my previous tabs are still there. How can I set it up where when I re-open my browser, it starts out fresh and no previously opened tabs still there?
2. This is a big one for me and will delete it if I cannot get it to work. With the stock browser, it was easy sharing pics from the web with one click. With Dolphin, I cannot long hold a picture and hit "Share". There's just a View and Save option. So to send to someone, I have to save it, and then send it. Just extra steps I do not want to take and I do not want to pile up a bunch of un needed pics.
Anyone have any work around for this? Also if you are in the sense browser you cannot click on a phone number that has. instead of - and have it dial. you can on the basic Android browser.
It is these two things that kill sense for me. If anyone has any workarounds they would be much appreciated.

We encountered a strange problem in Browser. When browsing certain web page with CGI form, browser doesnt respond to trackball click event unless we play around the UI ormove cursor around or switch between application. However, tocuh screen works all the time. I can't give an example of problem making web site yet. Just wodering is it an isolated case to me.

I have installed Dolphin and like it, and I've made it my default browser, which is great. However, it is not only the system default, but it even opens links I click on in the Android provided browser (sometimes I both open). On your computer, when you click links in your non-default browser it doesn't send the links to the default one, and it shouldn't on this OS, either. Any ideas how to keep Dolphin as my system default browser, but not have it open links I click on in the Android web browser?
