Sep 15, 2010I hope some one will be able to help me. I just got my x10 mini pro today. The SD card delivered with the phone works, but is not large enough for map data. So I wanted to use a bigger card 8 gb. It's a new card, but the x10 mini doesn't recognize it. What can I do? How can I solve this problem? The card is not broken, I can use it in my nokia and read it on the computer.

Jul 6, 2010I used both windows explorer and media go to copy video and photo files to my phone card. I can see them on the card but when i unmount and i search them on the phone i can't find them.

Sep 30, 2010I just got my Xperia x10 mini pro today and so far I have noticed that my email doesn't update itself, I have to do it manually but it seems like the phone should be able to do that. I use a hotmail account on my phone and I would like to know if the email can update itself, if I have to wait for 2.1 to have this problem resolved or if it's just something that I'm missing. And sometimes the phone will say "Does not connect" when I do try to update it but it hasn't done it in the last few hours. In addition, there isn't any change in my real email account. I could read an email on my phone and still half an hour later that very same email will be considered new and unread. Is there any way to solve these issues?

Nov 9, 2010I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 and tried to use the Update Service to get the latest firmware for my phone, but after the new phone software was downloaded and started to install onto my phone it only got to a few millimeters of completing before it threw out an error saying that that it couldn't install the new software! Now my phone doesn't want to work anymore! Every time I start up the phone it just shows the x10 picture with an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle! What should I do? I need my phone working to complete daily tasks!

Nov 19, 2010X10 Mini The alarm doesn't start at the set time after update to 2.1 It has failed 2 of 3 times. Anyone else had this? I'm sure I set it correct and it shows the alarm time under the clock as activated and also at the top info bar.

Dec 3, 2010My x10 has always been saying I have no SIM card inserted even though I do and it works perfectly. My status bar always shows my connections to be changing all the time, going from 5 bars to 1 bar, to no connection then no sim card and all over again. I'm just wondering if it was the updates fault, and do I have to re-update or factory reset the phone. P.S the SIM card message disappears after a phone restart but will come right back once you put it to sleep.

Aug 11, 2010I bought my Xperia x10 mini yesterday, and one of the first things I did was to set it up for WiFi in my house (which I already have 2 laptops and a stationary PC connected to). Setting it up was easy and quick, but my phone doesn't find the network, not even if I am standing right beside the router. I have tried to restart the WiFi connection, restart my phone, delete and re-add the home connection, but the phone still doesn't connect to the network.
The network's SSID isn't broadcasted for security reasons, could this be the problem? When I search for networks, it doesn't find any 'unnamed' networks like the windows pcs do. (which is normally the one I need to connect to.) Is there something wrong with my hardware? Or my software (my phone is completely up-to-date)? (Except broadcast the SSID, which is not an option..)

Jul 17, 2010I took my X10 to the SonyErricson shop to get the local sim working and GBP 60 later they managed to stuff the phone. The local sim now works but but the phone is useless as it does not power up When I put the SD card in. The authorised shop started speaking in Arabic telling me they could not help. I suspect they did not do a good job unlocking it or screwed up the os somehow. I tried to use the "Update Service" software and this says: "Failed to Detect Product" I have a catch 22 situtation as I cant power up and I cant use the phone without the sd card. I just want to reset the os so I can get back to defaults.
