Sep 23, 2010Is there anyway to send a business card other than by bluetooth? This phone is the most unfriendly user phone that I have ever owned.Suggestion to SE,before bringing new software update,please make it more user friendly.

Sep 5, 2010Got a X10 Mini last week and love it to bits.How the heck does one send a contact as a business card? Also does not seem to receive any business cards sent to the phone from other phones. Please don't tell me that it can't do this.Another question: How does one send a text message (sms) to multiple recipients?And a last one: It appears that it does not keep any record of sent text messages, so one cannot go back and check which messages one sent - ridiculous!

My prime use is in business, earlier one was E63, lost.Mini Pro is a great one: Qwerty, android, Camera, small (Well, I dont know many cons...may be powerless battery may be one)Now can I download MS Office to this one?I need to 'import' MS Word template pages (Quotation forms to be filled appropriately to each customer to send Quotes in business).And also keep accounts details with many customers, to be updated frequently. Apr 19, 2010I got the phone last week and very disappointed with low sound volume but seems I am not alone....anyway that's not my question.I am interested in how much my 3G connection is active and how much data my phone is receiving/sending. I installed the 3G Watchdog app and for example this morning with browsing BBC website with NO downloads etc it is showing 4.76MB data alone (3.96MB received and 838KB transmitted). My 3G connection is almost always flashing with the arrows showing data transfer but what is it?!
Facebook has all updates off
Email is synced hourly
Moxier calendar daily
I seem to have a "background" data transfer of 3MB/day and this is without any browsing etc...what is going on?!

Jul 17, 2010I took my X10 to the SonyErricson shop to get the local sim working and GBP 60 later they managed to stuff the phone. The local sim now works but but the phone is useless as it does not power up When I put the SD card in. The authorised shop started speaking in Arabic telling me they could not help. I suspect they did not do a good job unlocking it or screwed up the os somehow. I tried to use the "Update Service" software and this says: "Failed to Detect Product" I have a catch 22 situtation as I cant power up and I cant use the phone without the sd card. I just want to reset the os so I can get back to defaults.

Aug 11, 2010I've just started having a problem with my big x10i, if I put the 8gb card that came with the phone in, I get a message in the status bar saying 'checking for errors'. At this point the phone goes really slow and if the phone locks I'm unable to unlock it and I have to take the battery out. I tried putting a different card (2gb) and it just keeps saying in the status bar 'SD card removed. Insert a new one' the whole phone is annoying me now as this is not the first problem I've had with it.Hope someone can help before I insert hammer in it.

I can't find anything in the the manuals or by Googling. There's info about inserting the SD card, but not about removing them. I looked at pics and checked out the phone with the cover off, but can't figure it out. It must be easy and right under my nose, but I'm missing it. I know there's a card in there because settings recognizes it.

Nov 27, 2010Since last 4-5 days, I am seeing that whenever I connect my phone to my laptop (using usb), the phone restart and during this time I will have access to memory card for few seconds (30 sec), after that the card gets unmounted (from PC) and I will see a warning symbol (yellow triangle) on phone's notification bar. So i am unable to copy data to and fro from my phone. All this trouble started since I upgraded to 2.1 Note: I have checked the memory card by putting it to another phone and it works fine.
