Sep 17, 2010I'm having a little problem, if I'm typing a long SMS it auto changes it to a mms and for some reason which i cant workout why? can anybody shed any light on this.

May 24, 2010Have tried to download the uninstaller application but after trying it twice for 4 hours each I have given up.Does anyone have any ideas why downloading this app takes so long - it is also the same for the Xpedia flashlight app which I have tried separately. In fact any application seems to take an eternity.
They apps say they are downloading but they are not very large apps so should be there is a flash but after 4 hours I am still waiting.Have tried the switch off/on but still it takes ages - I have full signal (not 3G though) and it doesn't download.

Dec 3, 2010I have had 2.1 for a few weeks, and must say I didnt think I was missing anything having 1.6. But its like having a new phone now I have 2.1 I love it. But one thing that is really annoying is that it is all too easy to accidental go into the arrange icons mode by mistake without even realizing it. Quite often I look at my phone and my address book, or calls have disappeared from the corners and now sit with the icons. Is it possible to extend the length of time needed for a long press?

Nov 22, 2010I have x10 mini 2.1 since I updated to 2.1 any long press on home screen or corner icons goes directly to edit either widgets or icons depending wich screen I have up.This is anoying because many times I press just a little too long and for example end up in the edit icons mode instead of opening messages like I wanted to. Is there anyway to get this as it was on 1.6? Long press didnt open edit, the only way to open edit was trough menu key.

Aug 2, 2010I usually tap the off button to turn off the screen when I put my phone inside my front pants pocket. I even have the security feature on so when I turn on the phone, I first have to draw a pattern to unlock it. However, I've noticed that sometimes after I've done all this, my X10 seems to be doing stuff on it's own, ie) downloading pic from the net, sending random text messages, randomly calling contacts. I know because sometimes after I "unlock" my phone, I see that the phone is in the middle of doing something. I thought by turning on the security feature, it's supposed to prevent accidental taps on the phone and doing random things while inside the pocket.

Love my fone so far, but had not too much time playing with it so far, but one thing that bugs me is that my screen auto lock straight after a call even if I am not back to my home screen, how can I stop it to do this. Reason is that when I unlock it again, I am at the previous screen, I have then to cancel screens to go back to my home page to start again, this is a pain.

Jul 29, 2010My manager has just bought himself a new Xperia X10 and he has setup the bluetooth connection, however when its paired to the laptop and a call comes in the laptop automatically answers the phone for him, so he has to switch the bluetooth off on his laptop until he needs it. Is there an option either on the laptop (Win XP SP3) or on the phone to stop this happening, the only features he really needs are file transfer and to use it as a modem.

Aug 19, 2010I've checked the "orientation" box in the "sound and display" settings menu, but the Home and Menu screens will not auto-orient when my X10 mini pro is rotated. It only works when the keyboard is slid open - applications don't seem to have this problem. This is a recent issue, probably in the last couple of days. i've tried reinstalling the software via PC Companion and SEUS, in addition to a "factory reset," but they haven't solved anything. Is there something wrong with the accelerometer or is it a software issue that can be resolved with the next software update (2.1)?

If I press cancel download, it will start from 0 and will happen again, getting tired with this :'( but this is not always happen to all application, mostly big size application.
