The phone rings for about 20seconds when called, can this be increased ? I have tried using a music track as well but this only last the same amount of time.I cannot find anything in settings.

I have been looking through the phone setup and i cant work out how to increase the length of time the phone rings before it goes to answer phone, it currently switches to answer phone approx 13 secs if it is not answered, and i would like it to ring longer, 1, to give me chance to get to it,and 2 so everyone can hear my cool ringing tune!I know other phones you can set how long for example 15 sec, 20 secs etc, and i know the blackberry had to have a code pushed in to increase to 30 secs. but i cant see how to increase the mini pro. Any ideas?

But one thing that is really annoying is that it is all too easy to accidental go into the arrange icons mode by mistake without even realizing it. Quite often I look at my phone and my address book, or calls have disappeared from the corners and now sit with the icons. Is it possible to extend the length of time needed for a long press?

Instead of the normal ringtone I have set up and has been working normally since I started using the phone, I now get a horrible quick-beeping notification tone whenever I receive a call/text. have tried going into Settings>Sound&Display and re-selecting the appropriate ringtones and notifications but this makes no difference. I still get the fast beeping as my alert tone. When I check what tone is selected, my current tones are still set.Has anyone else had this problem and resolved it? The ringtone on max is about half as loud as a iphone and the earpiece volume is about half of any other phone that i have owned.
Has any other owners experienced the same?

I tried few applications, in which i can go to the contact (Edit) & select a ringtone & assign it but the problem is iam having around 1000+ songs & all songs were listed thr. So not able to search my ringtone immediately its taking so much time to search manually. View 2 Replies View RelatedI have just purchased my X10 no more than a day ago and find that when talking to someone the ear piece volume is not very loud. I have set the volume setting to max and its still very faint and hard to hear.
I also find the Ring Tone Volume is not very loud, even after setting it to max. I have confirmed the Firmware is the latest version, just as a process of elimination.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or could be that I have a faulty handset?

so im blasted pissed i lost all my pictures, and my setting for my ringtones. I didn't do nothing i just woke up and they were gone. I haven't done the update so i idk wt* happened
