Oct 4, 2010I want to set a ringtone from my sd card to a contact directly, is it possible in Android 1.6 (Sony Ericsson X10)? Any application is their? I tried few applications, in which i can go to the contact (Edit) & select a ringtone & assign it but the problem is iam having around 1000+ songs & all songs were listed thr. So not able to search my ringtone immediately its taking so much time to search manually. If iam seeing the ringtone from my sd card folder & able to select the ringtone & assign it to a contact it would be better. Is it possible in any of ur known applications?

Howeverever since i have set up my emails i have not been able to receive any text messages through the stock messaging client or hancent sms. Sep 24, 2010I've only had my phone a couple of weeks and pleased with it now that I have installed many of the recommended free apps.
I have one problem though with the bluetooth. When I connect to my car bluetooth, everything is fine for 8 minnutes - calls can be made and received but then the bluetooth drops. As this happens when I am driving the easiest way to reconnect is by pressing the connect button in my car (ie not on the handset). It re-connects straight away and then works perfectly for the rest of the journey. This happens everytime I am in the car !
I'm fairly sure the problem is with the phone as my Nokia5800 did not have this issue.

Aug 30, 2010I'm having a problem with my X10 ringtone. Instead of the normal ringtone I have set up and has been working normally since I started using the phone, I now get a horrible quick-beeping notification tone whenever I receive a call/text. have tried going into Settings>Sound&Display and re-selecting the appropriate ringtones and notifications but this makes no difference. I still get the fast beeping as my alert tone. When I check what tone is selected, my current tones are still set.Has anyone else had this problem and resolved it? Apr 2, 2010So I noticed that the ringtone volume is really really low and the headset earpiece volume is really low too. Its so low that I am thinking that i may have a faulty unit. The ringtone on max is about half as loud as a iphone and the earpiece volume is about half of any other phone that i have owned.
Has any other owners experienced the same?
