I get a sign in error everytime i log in to my youtube. Youtube logs in just fine and let's me into my accout but the phone keeps sending me a error message and wants me to log in but wont take my password. Why?

I sign in to youtube just fine and it works great and can upload fine but i keep get a sign in error in the notification bar and it wont take any password.
View 4 Replies View RelatedCan watch Videos just fine, but every hour or so get a notification saying, "Sign-in error for insertname@youtube.com" ! I use the same password as I do when logging into youtube on my notebook and no issues, yet every time I try to log into youtube on my Eris, It's not a big deal as I can still view videos, it's just annoying having to delete it from my notifications every 2 hours ! Anyone else with this issue or a fix ?
View 4 Replies View Relatedi have begun receiving a "Sign-in error" for the main Gmail account I set up the phone with. It stays in the notifications bar and if I try to input the password it authenticates forever then tells me the password or login are incorrect.Weirdest part though is I can still access the account and it appears i am still receiving push notices.

View 4 Replies View RelatedWhenever I try to log into my youtube account on my Droid, it freezes up. I will open the Youtube app, press menu and click My account. Then it has 2 choices: 1) My email address, 2) Add account. When I click on my email it freezes up and eventually the Droid gives me the option to "Force close" it, as it is not responding. I also tried "Add account" and typed in my email address (which had already shown up as the first choice) and password, and it said "authenticating" and then froze up too.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've been having a problem with my YouTube account ever since I did the OS update from Verizon. I keep getting a notification that says there was a sign-in error with it. When I click on it, it prompts for my password. I enter my password, and occasionally there's a Captcha to enter, but mostly there isn't. Either way, it doesn't accept it, and keeps prompting me to log in. I turned off the sync options for that account in the settings menu, but it still happens, just not as often. YouTube works just fine, as do all my e-mail accounts and the like.

The video is 140mb in size. i get the following message when I try to upload the video to youtube via the share option in Gallery "You can not upload a video larger than 1GB".
I get this message if I'm connected to wifi or not. The video is only 140mb in size!
Any one else getting this message?
I was getting this message prior to upgrading to 2.2 and was hoping that the 2.2 would fix it, but it didn't.

I just received a replacement Droid X from Verizon.
Ever since I activated, I keep getting an error/warning message in my notification bar called "Motorola Service Account Error" saying:
"The account you are using is associated with another device. Please contact customer service to reset the device."
When I clear the notification, it always comes back a while later. I never had another phone with Blur on it, but this sounds like the whole Motorola account thing they would make you sign up for to use the phone. But that makes no sense because we don't have to do that for the X.
Can anyone figure this one out, specifically why it's there and how to make it stop?? I think when I check for any OTA system updates is when I am getting the message to come up the most. The update check fails every time with "Check for update was not available at this time. Try again later." Then, the Motorola warning shows up in the notifications again.
Also, every time I try to do *228 to try to update roaming, it plays the music for a bit but always says "I am sorry, your activation cannot be completed at this time" and tells me a phone number to call.
OK, I've been on the leaked version 2.3.9 pretty much since it was available and didn't upgrade to the OTA. Recently, I decided to deactivate my Facebook account since I don't really use it anymore. I have always had it listed in my accounts with Google and Twitter, and now I want it removed. Every time I try to remove it from my accounts on my phone, I get an error message. Any ideas why it's getting an error and what I can do to fix it?
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy mom wanted an Android phone and decided to go with the Droid X. She really likes the phone so far, even though there is a bit of a learning curve. The problem that is frustrating us both is that in order to sign into Google's Android Market place you must enter/confirm your gmail account. We enter her account information, which is 100% correct, and then it brings us to a captcha box. I've entered about 30 different captcha's and each time it starts to connect to Google's servers and then brings us right back to another captcha. There will be clear captcha's and I will be very careful I'm entering the correct characters and then it will still not work.Does anyone have a solution to this? Should I chalk this up as a server problem and wait and try it again tomorrow?I understand this isn't necessarily a Droid X issue as it is an Android 2.2 issue.

However I want to be able to access my companies email I have set up through powweb.com (they host my website). Anyway I keep getting error messages that it could not finish set up or sometimes it says Error: check user and password details. I triple checked and made sure I was putting in the right info and then I even went on the powweb website and made sure I was putting in the correct settings and even contacted someone there and they gave me some info to try and help and I am still getting error messages. I have tried POP and IMAP. The exchange account, is a fee based account.
View 3 Replies View RelatedDid wife's Eris to 2.1 tonite. She was on PRL 51807, prior to 2.1 after 2.1 and *228 option 1 and 2 she was back down to the 51776 that I am currently on. Prior to the *228 she didn't have the sign in error, tested with reboot and also airplane only mode. LOL seems to be the error. Don't know how to get it back up to the 51807.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI just got my HTC Desire today, and have been learning how it works etc, but I just tried to do a google search, use youtube and sign into facebook using the facebook app and widget, and nothing will work. I can use FriendStream fine.. I updated my facebook status with it and it's showing updates as they happen. I'm using my home wifi and the phone says it's connected with signal strength 'good'. Can anyone explain what the problem might be? I haven't tried 3g yet, if that matters at all. (not entirely sure how I'd switch to it for testing purposes other than going outside out of wifi range)

I even managed to download the BarCode scanner application.That's where the problems begun. Since auto-sync was on, all my gmail contacts were synced with my phone contacts. Now since I did not want to see my gmail contacts every time I try and make a call, I performed a factory reset on the phone (since there was no other way to get rid of all the gmail contacts at once). I then turned sync off and tried to sign in to my Google account, but it refused to do so. I get a message saying: "Unable to establish a reliable connection with server.
