(like a bad ground sound). I know it is my charger, because as soon as i touch the charger to the phone the sound starts. Does everyone else have this same problem or is it just my phone? View 9 Replies View RelatedThis has been bothering me but at first it was just annoying. Now, I'm really frustrated. What's the point of being able to record videos with a phone if you can't upload them to the web? I have shot some really cool videos that I want to share with friends via YouTube, Facebook or e-mail and I always get the message that says you cannot upload files larger than 1GB or that I must resize them first or whatever.I see really long videos on youtube, why can't I upload a 1 or 2 minute video?Makes no sense whatsoever.Any ideas?
View 8 Replies View RelatedA couple of questions. How do you cut/copy and paste in Droid? Can it be done?
And, after making a video on Droid, how do you move it to your computer? I am assuming the video resides on the SD card (since this is where your photos go). Is the best way to transfer to just put the card in your computer, or is there a better way? Just asking for a buddy who made a video and tried to transfer via USB, and it only transferred a part of the video.
Anyone figured out what the magical combination is to make videos actually play on the phone from a DLNA server? I have tried Tversity and a few others changing all the settings around to find a combination that would work. Most of the settings I tried should have worked based on the formats supported on the X matching the transcode settings I had on Tversity but no luck.

How do I go about doing this?
This app is sooo cool! My Droid is now a DLNA Server. I am streaming my Droid's music, pics and video to my home network's DLNA Clients: PS3, PCs, and WD TV Live. TwonkyMedia Goes Mobile with Android Launch at CES:

I downloaded and installed from the Android Market. When you first start the app, it scans your phone for media. I turned on my Droid's Wifi. The TwonkyServer Mobile was immediately visible to any DLNA or UPnP client. It took 2 minutes. No setup was involved. The UI looks pretty cool too.
Can I connect my milestone to the tv and play videos?

View 7 Replies View RelatedI've used Handbrake as recommended in this helpful thread (Put Videos on Droid) to convert .avi files to .mp4. I got a "Sorry, this video cannot be played" when I try to play it on my Droid.I also tried downloading an .mp4 file from a YouTube video (as converted by file2hd.com). But I still get that error message.I know this topic has come up before and it usually seems to be the way that the file was converted rather than some kind of setting on the Droid. What else should I try?

I have tried the setting under the video camera mode to use 30 second clips for sending mms and i have tried using the lower quality setting as well. I do see the option for sending using the stock messaging app, but I was wondering if I could use Handscent to send these videos..
