May 4, 2010All of a sudden, I lost the unlock "click" sound when unlocking the screen.I checked the settings and the sound is set to on.

Nov 22, 2010I have a very simple widget application which consists of a linear layout with a background and an image button. In the AppWidgetProvider on Update method, I register the click of the button to broadcast an intent. When the widget first loads, everything runs fine and the click is captured. The problem occurs when the screen is rotated, and the click is never captured again even if the screen is rotated back. What do I have to do to re-register the click when the screen rotates? below is some segments of code I am using.

HTC Incredible :: Keyboard Click Sound Output Is Inaudible
May 16, 2010On my Incredible, all of a sudden the audio output when you are texting using the keyboard is inaudible. All the options are turned on accordingly and my sounds are up to full. I am not using a 3rd party keyboard either, im still using the Android one. I have rebooted, battery pulled and checked any updates, but still nothings.

Sep 16, 2012I successfully unlocked the bootloader on my xperia x8 via flashtool put on custom kernel nAa 14 and miniCM7 Yay.Everything is fine apart that I want to change network because they have much better deals etc.I went to the 3 network shop and tried to put in the Sim, it took it in loaded but wouldnt register with the network , in fact I tried last week when I was on stock kernel and gingerxperia and it asked for ''unlock code'', today it didn't ask for unlock code took it in but wont register.I guess there must be some sim lock or something.
Maybe it is unlocked but something to do with Radio pehaps nonetheless my current Network works fine.here's my S1 LOG if any good. after unlocking BL of course

Also, either way, when I unlock the screen and go into wifi settings, I see that the phone is trying to make a wifi connection, but it never succeeds, even though it's my home network and I'm in the same room as the router. Nov 9, 2010I lost my phone and it doesnt have an unlock pin so theres nothing stopping access to my phones data....
Its an HTC Magic and syncs to my google calendar. I've reset my messenger password so im guessing altho they get into my ebuddy app automatically, the messenger password on the phone will be out of sync and wrong? I've chosen "log out of everywhere" from Windows Live. I've rest my Evernote password. I dont have any apps that can help me find phone or send an erase message to the phone.
So all thats left I guess is my Google calendar. I suppose its not a train smash having my Calendar data on the phone, but I'd like to erase it. If I go to Google Calendar and delete all the appointments will that delete the appointments if my lost phone syncs, and i think ive set it to sync every time the calendar app is run? Also, with contacts, i seem to remember those not syncing very often, only when i went into settings and contacts on the htc, so im not sure of how to get rid of all the contacts on my phone even if I delete them all from my Google Account.

Sep 28, 2013A friend of mine set a password on his Galaxy Note and then he forgot it.Now, I know the solution is to access recovery and wipe data/factory reset.
BUT unfortunately he has lot of pictures and videos stored in the phone memory, not on SD, and he'd like not to lose all of it.
Is there a workaround for that? The Note is stock, but I can work on it, if there's a way to unlock the phone without losing data.

I searched about nexus since it is similar and saw a few things about the app LOCKBOT, i recommend you atleast try the free version and see, it gives you unlock with the trackpad button and the ability to do custom lockscreen with different styles like Iphone, and different android locks. THis was one grip i didnt like about sense. Stock Android has the ability to swipe to unlock or swipe the other way to mute sounds, which is a nice feature, although i prefer my iphones switch the best
The bad...Ive read stuff about it crashing and being laggy, now i havnt experiended this on the INC, it runs super smooth. But i have been having a few times where the front button will not unlock the phone, maybe an update will fix this or something, but its worth a shot to look at.

Sep 9, 2010I have a rooted 2.2 and it has been flawless until I noticed today that I am barely getting any sound out of one channel. I have tried multiple headsets and multiple sources (Slacker, Pandora, Audible, ect) One channel is barely noticable. Is there a setting someplace? Has anyone else come across this? I do not want to return the phone since it is just about perfect and I dont want to mess with SBF.
