Like, I have Advance task killer and all but when I end the programs when I turn the phone on, why do some just start up again? For ex: When I'm done with Pandora and go to ATK, Mixing and Doubletab are apparently running. Why does that happen?

Having an issues with a friends DInc, when we tries to open most apps he gets an error asking him to install Android 1.5 ( lol ) - any ideas? He hasn't tried a factory reset or anything yet.

The others will only play the audio. Where do I go to add the player that will handle wmv files to the list of choices in Gmail?

Ever since I updated, whenever I use the Advanced Task Killer to close all the apps, some of them open automatically right away. Over 10 apps open by themselves since the update. I never had this problem before the update.
View 4 Replies View Relatedso i just put 2.1 on my phone and for some reason i cant open the maority of apps i download. most of the ones not working are live wall papers, but there has been a few others. im running helix. any ideas how to load those live wall papers. and why random apps would not open? it takes me to the market from the notification sreen and the open option is greyed out.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI constantly see the same apps opening throughout the day. I think I have narrowed it down to when I get a text message it opens up a few other things. I have installed Handcent and disabled the stock message app i think. I have closed all apps and recieved a text and here is what opens everytime. Voice Dialer, com.coremobility.app.vnotes, sprint navigation, and still the Messages app opens even though it comes through Handcent.

However, the only two options are to use Nova Launcher or some other random program that has nothing to do with opening documents of any kind. More importantly, I have Quickoffice, Acrobat Reader, OfficeSuite, and Polaris installed, yet none of these apps are given as options to open the pdf. Unfortunately, the honeymoon is over and I've been trying to do some productive things with it (outside of playing Robo Defense that is =p).I've been having problems opening different types of documents. My two biggest problems are with Quickoffice and PDF Viewer.When I launch Quickoffice, I get the "Open file" window which takes a few seconds to load and a few files begin to populate in the list. After just a couple of seconds, I get a force close message stating: Sorry! The application Quickoffice (process com.qo.android.htc) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" This same thing happens with the PDF Viewer as well.However, I can use a file manager like Linda Manager to browse to a specific file and then open it within the program just fine. I honestly don't know where to start

I could not jump between the game and the chat. I had to hit home button, then menu then Google talk, to go back to spades I could hold the down home button and jump back to spades from the popup window. I could not do this with google talk from spades because google talk was not in the recently opened apps popup window.
