HTC EVO 4G :: Putting Phone On Vibrate During Events

I have a calender for my school schedule. I usually like my phone to ring, but during class I can't have that happen. I miss a lot of calls because I always have my phone in vib or silent because of school. Is there a way that I can the phone in vibrate when im in class or other meeting type events? I'm using the calender that came with my phone synced to my google calender.I'm not sure if the calendar software being used on my phone is an android default, htc, or google calender software. The phone is evo4g on 2.1.

All I want to do is create a simple "vibrate" profile that turns phone calls and text messages to vibrate. I have the call part but the messages just come in silently with no vibrate. I have the following in the task:
1) Vibrate on Notify: On
2) Vibrate on Ringer: On
3) Silent Mode: Vibrate

I'm not sure what's going on with my Evo, but all of a sudden it's been deciding to put itself in silent mode for no apparent reason and I'm missing tons of calls because of it. I will turn the sound back on and then all of a sudden it's off after a couple of hours for no apparent reason. I don't want to have to return the phone, but I'm not sure what other options I have at this point. Has anyone heard of this issue?

I have gotten through signing up as an Android developer, joined Android Market, and recieved and activated my Android Developer Phone.I have my first draft application running in the emulator.The documentation suggests testing it throughly on the device, however, I don't want to put it up publicly in the Android Market until I am satisfied with the app.
1) Is there a way to privately post a testing app on Android Market? If so, would somebody please point this newbie to the HOW-TO?
2) Is there a way to push my app onto my developer phone without using Android Market? If so, would somebody please point this newbie to the HOW-TO?
I'm having more fun working with this Android stuff than I have had in years! As soon as I learn enough to contribute I'm going to be overjoyed to share it.

I want to activate my hero again but it's rooted so I can't take it into the store to have it activated.I want to put my phone back to the original factory settings but every time I try to sync it with HTC Sync it just keeps resetting itself. I tried downloading a copy of HTC Sync and I have even installed it from my phones SD card (I backed it up before I rooted). Every time I plug the phone into my computer then hit the HTC Sync under notifications the phone keeps rebooting and HTC Sync doesn't even recognize it (my computer does though) I am using a netbook running Windows XP.

trying to put stock mail.apk back on phone since gmail won't download attachments, trid this in recovery with system mounted and with phone just in disk drive mode with debugging on. can't get it either way. its in the root of my c drive.

I have a Droid X with the OTA 2.2 rooted and when I put the phone in Vibrate the phone will not vibrate at all not for phone calls, text, or email? I have "MINI INFO WIDGET" and when I go in there to adjust the volume to vibrate it will work but then when I try to go back to Sound Profile I have to manually adjust the sound again? I have Vibrate Widget and when that is selected it goes to silent only. I tried Uninstalling MINI INFO and VIBRATE WIDGET but I still have the same result sooo it can't be the programs.

I have downloaded Handcent and love all the options that it gives. However, there are times when I set my phone on silent and do not want anything to vibrate. I have went through all of the settings and notifications and changed everything to "never" vibrate. But still when I receive a new message it does the 3 or 4 vibrate tones. I am sure I am over looking something, but I am gettng a little aggervated.

I'm having an issue with my Exchange calendar. I currently sync my calendar and email through Exchange. Events added to my outlook calendar via computer show up on my phone and work perfectly. But, when I add events to my phone calendar, my only available calendars are my google calendars and my PC Sync. I never use PC sync. It does not give me the option of adding events to my Exchange calendar.
I had to reset my Exchange account after the Froyo update, and I thought that I had everything working properly. I don't add events to my outlook calendar through my phone very often, so it's likely that this has been an issue since Froyo. Has anyone else run into this problem or have any ideas how to fix it?

Whenever my phone is on vibrate I can never feel it. Even if it's sitting there on my lap...I hear it vibrate, but I feel nothing. I had the same problem with my Hero. Does anyone else thing the vibration is too weak?

Nokia had a neat app that would show local events of all kinds (art galleries updates, concerts, weather, festivals, movies, etc) based on your location based on manual zip code input or GPS usage. Is there anything like that for Android? Its really useful if you're traveling a lot.

Is there any way of getting a stronger vibrate from the Hero. If I have my Hero on vibrate, many times I don't even know it's "ringing" because the vibrate is so soft. If I am wearing on my hip in the case I got, I generally don't feel it. I love the Hero, but the Blackberry had a more significant vibrate. Any ideas, or just live with it?

I've recently had an accident with my GS3 and for a while I'm downgraded for the Razr i. This phone vibrate all the time, for notification, for lock screen. I just hate vibration on the phone, how do I make it stop? I can't seem to find the right option, it has already turned off at the "sound" settings menu.
