having problems with bluetooth with myn's rls3. Problem started today where I can't turn BT on and off. If I reboot, it's on, but if i shut it off, I won't turn back on. I've tried a few different kernels, but same prob so thinking it must be in the ROM. Any ideas?

Scrolling down a page is worthless. So choppy and unresponsive it's not even funny. Like a simple twitter feed, even after it's already been loaded before. Takes about half a second to realize I'm trying scroll, then it will start flying down the page when I'm slowly moving. Worthless in my opinion.I'm going to give it another day and see if it fixes itself, then I'm going to flash a new kernel.So my question is: What are the best kernels in your experiences for Myn's Warm 2.2? Also, try to provide links to the kernel page where we can download.

Have the Android 2.2 update, but voice dialing using my bluetooth headset is not working. Following what is not working:
1. Turned on Bluetooth
2. Turned on my Bluetooth headset - got the headset connected message.
3. Pushed the button on my bluetooth headset and said: "Call _______ at home."
Nothing happens. How do I fix?I used the update.zip file linked at Android Central to manually update to Android 2.2.
I have managed to pair my keyboard with the phone, but can't actually use it.
The Keyboard is an Igo Stowaway Ultra-Slim Keyboard.
I've got a wall of text to write so would be good if i could get it working.
I am having problems with bluetooth.I can receive bluetooth files but for some reason i get an error when trying to send photos or music via bluetooth to other devices.I don't understand. Both devices are paired and are discoverable yet when I try to send anything i get a message 'Error! Could not send file'.Any ideas what the problem is?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI own a Chevy Camaro SS 2012 that has Bluetooth handsfree built in. Works like a charm with my friends LG phone with Android, as well as with my company iPhone 4S.
But with my Samsung Galaxy Nexus running native Android 4.2.2 it will pair just fine, but I am only able to hear the sound and use the mic in the car, but not engage any functions nor access the contacts list. So I cannot answer calls, or make new ones etc...
The problem is not in the car as it works fine with other phones, and I've tried to reset everything on both the phone and in the car and then re-pair them, without any success. Nobody on the Camaro forums knows how to proceed.

When I am wearing my bluetooth earpiece (Plantronics Explorer 640) it only works for phone calls and notification tones. If I play a game or play some music it comes out of the speaker on the phone, any idea if this is a glitch or is my earpiece lacking something?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a Motorola S10 bluetooth headset for listening to music. It's really nice not having to deal with cords and having controls for play/pause and track forward/back right on the headset.
However recently the controls have stopped working when my screen is off. I can't pause my music or advance track. I hear the 'beep' in my headset indicating that a button has been pressed, but my phone isn't getting or ignoring the command.
To make matters more complicated, it isn't a consistent thing. Occasionally the controls will still work with the phone off. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now and I'm having a very hard time finding any regularity to when it will or won't work. There doesn't seem to be a pattern. I also can't seem to trace it to an specific program that I recently installed.
Ive been a X10 user for a few months now... I havent had any issues with this phone up until now when I decided to use bluetooth. Everytime I use bluetooth, it works for a small period of time and then hangs itself... It simply disconnects and refuses to pair again... This happens with my stereo headset and also with the Wiimote I use for playing games on the phone... At first I thougnt this might be an issue with the headset (which didnt have the best reception, choppy audio and bad quality, specially for an official SE headset) but I really noticed the issue after I started using my Wii remote to play games on the phone since I know the remote works flawlessly on the Wii itself... The problem is that it stops working, refuses to pair again and when I turn off Bluetooth, it doesnt turn on again, no matter how long I try, forcing me to restart the phone... Only to work again after rebooting and hanging again after some use...

View 6 Replies View RelatedI was cleaning all the crap off my phone I don't use anymore and I believe I accidently removed the bluetooth software that allows it to connect to stereo bluetooth headsets. I can control the player with the headset, I can make phone calls from it, but when I try to play music there is no sound.
I was trying to reset the phone using RUU, but it reboots the phone and then says it cannot reconnect after that and the software shuts down. I can still sync with outlook, so my driver is not the issue. I am out of ideas.
Is there anyway possible to reinstall just the bluetooth portion of the rom?
