Got my new Xperia x10 mini today and tried to bluetooth some pictures from my old phone to my new X10 MINI but it kept failin.It picked the other phone up in the bluetooth menu but when sending from my old phone to the x 10 it wouldnt let me.Also when takin a picture and then wanting to send the pic to my Girlfriends phone theres no option to bluetooth the pic.

The email is setup to be checked every 10 minutes but it wont load unless i go into the email app and refresh it and then it loads my new emails. it was working fine earlier and most of today it hasnt been working.

Both devices are paired and are discoverable yet when I try to send anything i get a message 'Error! Could not send file'.Any ideas what the problem is?
View 4 Replies View RelatedIve been a X10 user for a few months now... I havent had any issues with this phone up until now when I decided to use bluetooth. Everytime I use bluetooth, it works for a small period of time and then hangs itself... It simply disconnects and refuses to pair again... This happens with my stereo headset and also with the Wiimote I use for playing games on the phone... At first I thougnt this might be an issue with the headset (which didnt have the best reception, choppy audio and bad quality, specially for an official SE headset) but I really noticed the issue after I started using my Wii remote to play games on the phone since I know the remote works flawlessly on the Wii itself... The problem is that it stops working, refuses to pair again and when I turn off Bluetooth, it doesnt turn on again, no matter how long I try, forcing me to restart the phone... Only to work again after rebooting and hanging again after some use...

My first problem has been the transfer of my contacts, I saved my contacts from my old phone onto my new sim but when I put the sim into the X10 it says there is nothing on it! So I desided to bluetooth them across and I cant find the X10. The bluetooth is defo on and discoverable. Not even my mate can find it. I phoned my contract supplier and they informed me that this a know problem with sony ericsson and I should get an update.

My phone says it is up to date. I am sure there are a quadrillion updates or fixes users of X10 want. I have to say though, this is actually my first and only problem with X10.

View 2 Replies View RelatedAfter upgrading to Android 2.1 pairing with my Ford Audio (mondeo 2007) works fine but during a call Bluetooth dropps off and reconnects again after 5 seconds.Ideas anyone.I already reinstalled/repaired Android 2.1.It worked fine when the Xperia was running 1.6 and any other phone doesn't have this issue.

I have bluetooth connectivity in my car, and once bonded with the phone, this would connect to the W595 everytime I started the car automatically. Now however with the X10 mini, I have to scroll through the settings to bluetooth controls and find the ford audio paring and connect it manually. Can this automatically connect on the car start up as the W595 used to? It isn't practical for on the start of every journey I need to spend a few mins looking through the phone to connect it up.

It pairs and connects with new devices no problem and will connect with them again another once or twice , but after that it it states device paired but not connected. Has anyone else got this problem or advice ion how to solve it. My phone is still running on 1.6 as Im a bit nervous of upgrading to 2.1 when Im seeing all the problems people seem to be having with it.

I have also tried with a Sony Ericsson Elm and that was ok. Is there anyway to increase the volume on the X10i? Any SW patches, apps or tweaks?

I have made sure all the volume levels are at max on the X10 itself, and on the headset itself, but still the audio level is very low. The transmitted audio is fine, and the person I am speaking to never has a problem hearing me, but I really struggle to hear them. Is this a known problem that Sony Ericsson are aware of? Are there any fixes I can apply? I have downloaded a number of different volume apps from the market place, but not found any that seem to be able to increase the volume.
