Previous month i bought lg g pad 8.3 (no the google version) and i like to make somethings on it.I am rooted and i see many good themes but i dont know how to install it.So for example i like this theme Simplex Blue Theme CM10.2 .Is it possible to install it without use any launcher?

I am trying to create themes for Nemus launcher and so far am struggling to find ou the package names for many apps (some default Samsung Note,SGS2 apps and some Market installed) ,,,,, is thr a simpler way to find out the names of these apps so that can assign Icons to them by replacing the "." in the name with a "_" .
I tried to use Astro ->Application manager for this and used the name of the package as displayed in the App manager but it doesn't seem to work when i apply that Icon in my themes.....
Trying to find a theme for nova launcher that has nice drawer icon...(where the apps are) no luck atm...

I like the stock launcher the best, along with the Motorola widgets. Well actually, I just need the quick tasks for contacts, which is why I want the widgets. When I apply themes, is there any way to keep the stock launcher instead of the preinstalled ADW or LP? And if so, will this allow me to use the Moto widgets? Or are these widgets/Blur part of something else?

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have installed and used Panda Home for awhile now. I have heard that you can use other home replacement apps (OpenHome and aHome) themes with Panda Home. I have downloaded a few Home themes and moved the zip file onto my sdcard. Panda Home doesnt seem to recognize them or have the ability to open them. How do I install other themes using Panda Home?

I'm not gonna go into detail on how to install them and all that, but basically you need to download MetaMorph from the market and then put any of the .zip's from the themes into the folder "Android Themes" on your sd card (MM will create it). If you have trouble getting MM to open then you may need to do some tricks, I will elaborate on them tomorrow when I have some time unless someone else here beats me to it. Anyway, I uninstalled it and now HTC sense is force closing all the time and I am unable to get to the app settings to see what the problem is. get me to a place where I can sort this out. Will I have to do some form of hard reboot?
I installed launcher pro on my vibrant and I love pretty much everything about it. but I lost my feeds and updates screen on one of my home screens that displayed stuff from facebook and such. It came installed on the phone so I don't know how to reinstall it on one of my launcher pro home screens.

I am going about changing the launcher on my captivate and made what seems like a crucial error. I am rooted, opened Titanium Backup and un-installed twlauncher. Everything seemed ok at first until i went to my homescreen, total blackness. Ultimately i wanted to get rid of tw because i don't like the UI wanted the stock droid launcher or LauncherPro or something. How do install the .apk file without touchwiz? or get my launcher back.

IE- can I install blue energy over Xtheme? Is there a way to revert back to the generic BB with no theme or do I need to restore a backup to accomplish this?
