my standard S4 keyboard had a period(.) and a comma(,) on either side of the space bar. i long clicked the comma to see what other options were associated with that key and now i have a cog symbol there. the comma is gone and i cant get it back. ive tried to reset the keyboard settings, and ive tried restoring the factory settings on the whole fone..

so ive been using my Galaxy S4 standard keyboard when im texting, and i use the comma key (to the left of the space bar) quite regularly. the other day i held the key and some icons popped up for settings and other icons... well i clicked on the cog (which represents settings) and now i cant get the comma back on that key. so whenever i want to use a comma, i have to switch the keyboard to the page of punctuation and select comma which takes way more time than necessary. get the comma back on that convenient key?

Whenever I listen to music on the phone after a minute or two I get a message saying "SD Card removed unexpectedly". This message continues to display until I restart the phone or physically remove the SD Card and re insert. The SD Card is 64GB so it shouldn't be a compatibility issue.
View 24 Replies View RelatedOne of the reasons I use Swype is that it the keyboard includes a comma, which is a character I use ALL THE TIME. The latest update replaces the comma with a "speak now" button, which I would almost never use (I often type emails on the train, for instance, or when the family is watching TV, speaking to my phone is not an option). I tried unchecking the "show voice key" box in settings, and rebooted the gadget, but there is still an awkwardly placed microphone icon and no comma.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? Is there a way to undo the "update"? I feel completely crippled -- I had to go to a real computer to type this email, since it was too frustrating to try to do it on the phone.
S2 i777...a friend of mine bought it for me from us and i unlocked it using the code purchased from ebay..my problem is that i rooted my device to remove bloatware from the device and accidently removed samsung stock weather app(accuweather)completely..after that i unrooted my phone to stock stage as it was at the time my friend bought it but the weather app is no where to be found on my device....i tried to find for a solution to reinstall that app..i found the apk from here but when i try to install it gives me an error "Application not installed".

I have busybox installed as well as root access.
I want to change the font of the Stock Android 4.2.2 keyboard and the default bold font of all the widgets on the launcher homescreen.
I have no clue which font maps to which so I simply went to Font Installer's preferences menu and selected any font with a "-bold" suffix to be replaced. All I ended up with was a boot loop.
Or is there something in addition to this that I should be doing before attempting a reboot? And what font am I actually supposed to change?
So I have my T-Mobile Galaxy S4 running an unofficial CM11 ROM, and I noticed that battery life seems a little whack, and well Google Keyboard happened to be 2nd place for battery use, and has already downloaded almost 500mb, heck probably 502mb right now.
