General :: WiFi Not Working On Xolo A500s

Recently I flashed my A500s mobile using the method mentioned in one of the threads here. I used mobile-uncle tools to root it. I've installed almost every ROM available here on XDA for A500s but I couldn't use my Wifi. It keeps on searching for Wifi network and/or hangs. (In some of the ROMS Camera was not installed)I'm struggling for past 3-4 days but no success. I downloaded the stock ROM too but it's not installing. It gets aborted.The CWM screen shows the headline as....

My set is normal A500s (no IPS), should I install another CWM..?

I Have Xolo A500s android 4.2, Ram 512mb, GPU Mali400mp, 4Inch. i m gaming boy so for playing 3d n hd games in this phone i root it after root i install chainfire 3d pro n open click install tap and phone going restart phone ok after that Phone Is stuck Xolo Logo. And nothing happen In restor/format set boot setting.

When ever I download a widget(like a clock....not live wallpapers)....it says that I have to put it on the home screen from the widgets drawer....But the no new widgets appear in the drawer..Nor while using the stock launcher nor while using nova launcher....I have tried several widgets from different devs on the play store...but no widgets other than the pre installed ones on xolo q800 are working..I have not used any ROM, my mobile is not is rooted...Other apps like games,camera apps,social network apps etc install and work fine...but only new widgets are not...

I bought a xolo q700 recently ,n i did an official software update, now proximity sensor isnt working and i dont know if it is due to the update or is it a hardware issue.. The proximity sensor is shown when I checked hardware with some app, but its not giving values... just showing waiting

I flashed my i9003 with the xxkph rom. Everything works fine except the wifi. When I want to turn it off, it will stay 'turning off'. I tried factory reset and wipe cache, and even reflash the rom, but none of them works! And whats more, I used to use the xxkpe rom and the issue also exists!

I seem to have a weird problem on my HTC Sensation. I have been noticing that when the phone switches from Wifi to 'H', the mobile data stops working. I can see the signal bars so no problems with making calls, text etc. I have tried putting phone into airplane more, resetting mobile data and a couple of apps that reset the mobile data stack. None of that has worked. The only way I have made it work is by restarting the phone - quite frustrating. The mobile data then starts working. It has only happened when 'H' is displayed as the mobile data.

since i updated to 4.4 my phone is encountering some crazy problems. One of these is: my nexus 4 does not work with my wifi (any other device works fine). Play store, google+, gmail, maps, google now, nothing is working the only thing that i can do is navigate in the internet. I already tried to make a factory reset, adjust time and date, clean the cache but nothing solved my problem.

Since a few month my WiFi does not work properly. When I activate it, it automatically connects to the access point. But after 3 minutes, the connection stops working. The WiFi symbol in the status bar disappears and 3g starts working. When i disable and reenable wifi everything works fine again for 3 minutes. I already tried a static IP. Other devices (laptop) have no problems with the same network.

Wifi is not working i Cant switch the Wifi on. I have a Note n7000 android 4.2.2 cyanogenmod 10.1 nightly.
Can't press the small wifi button on dock it will not recognize on the other hand i can press the Bluetooth without any problems and when i go to the settings the small _OFF_ button will not recognize me pressing it.

My data plan is eating me alive and I didn't know why until I finally noticed that when I am at a hot spot, my wifi never connects until my data plan is locked out.
I have a Note, not a Note II. I am on Rogers, not ATT.
I've tried adjusting everything I can think of, tried a hard reboot of my phone, and when I looked for support with android OS, I couldn't find this Wi-Fi disconnect policy they were talking about anywhere on my phone.

Some apps like location tracking apps on my sons phone does not work all the time when his phones on 2g internet. But on wifi it seems to work all the time. Apps like life360 location tracking apps, remote control apps like androidlost, which uses push messages and also polling services works intermittently. Sometimes it works on 2g internet and sometimes it does not. But on wifi, there's no problem at all.
But strangely messaging apps like viber works continuously on 2g or wifi without any problems.

I m running ICS 4.0.3 and I am having work wifi with proxy. I have also installed proxy droid and I am able to download apps and browse internet through my wifi. BUT THE PROBLEM is not all apps are having access to Wifi. i.e. Gtalk is not able to sign in while using internet from wifi.

i have installed android 2.3.7 rom on my karbonnA1 same as that of ZTE N721.. with some modification to ZTE RACER rom.. i was able to boot the rom ... but the issue is WIFI, Bluetooth, and network is not working? Do I have to modify the kernel.

I have some spots in office and home that WIFI signal is strong enough for me to locate it but not strong enough for actually having internet access, and so it causes me to not have an internet access at all since 3G is disabled for WIFI but WIFI is dead. The option on the Advanced for "Avoid Poor connection" seems to work only for REALLY BAD signal, and a little bit more than that it approves. Is there a way to edit it? re-arrange it so it will avoid "Fair" signals too? or set a minimum percentage of signal (lets say 50%) and less than that it forces 3G.

My whatsapp & gtalk not working over 3g network , but when using wifi ,it's ok . After I installed to my Samsung i9000 with CM 10.0 ,..both of them not working ( i tried browsing using browser, the 3G internet it's ok, but whatsapp & gtalk act like my phone don't have any connection to internet).
Today, i just tried updated my phone to CM 10.1 nightly .. and still in same condition . I googling , but can not find the solution. Any setting need to do for this problem ?

I have a Samsung Galaxy s3 and i am banging my head against the wall because Play store won't open or do anything when connected to my wifi. it is however functional when wifi is turned off and only mobile data is active. Things i've tried (and still not working)
1. Cleared cache and data for Play store, google services, download manager and download.
2. uninstalled updates
3. Have tried seeing if anything has disabled and it hasn't, the last app on my 'all' is you tube
4. reset my phone to factory settings.
I feel like a pleb as I had this problem when I first got the phone but the clearing cache and data worked then and was fine for weeks but now nothing seems to work.
