Apr 6, 2014Recently I flashed my A500s mobile using the method mentioned in one of the threads here. I used mobile-uncle tools to root it. I've installed almost every ROM available here on XDA for A500s but I couldn't use my Wifi. It keeps on searching for Wifi network and/or hangs. (In some of the ROMS Camera was not installed)I'm struggling for past 3-4 days but no success. I downloaded the stock ROM too but it's not installing. It gets aborted.The CWM screen shows the headline as....

Jul 10, 2010The microphone on my Aria doesn't seem to be working properly. When in a quiet room speaking in a "normal" voice over the phone, my voice on the other line (as I have been told multiple times by different people, and as I have tested myself) sounds very faint and distant, as if I'm talking into the phone a mile away. On speakerphone, the volume doesn't change - I still sound distant regardless of how far the phone is from my mouth. Of course, if I talk louder, and I mean VERY loud, I can be heard "normally", but my voice still sounds obviously distant. I did a hard reset of the phone and have not installed any new apps, but the microphone performance has not changed.
Is this a software bug? Or is it just a defective microphone? I'm thinking of exchanging the Aria with a new one from AT&T, hopefully the policy (since I've owned the phone not even for 30 days now) won't require me to pay full price. Or does anyone know anything about their exchange policy? Because the website is not very clear on pricing (if any) on exchanges that take place before the device has been owned for 31 days or more, in which case it's free. I think, I don't know. The site is just plain confusing.

Oct 23, 2010Is there any way to control and adjust the sound level when recording video? I recently took a video at a concert and the sound is clipping really bad. I also tried to connect various external microphones to the phone but then I only get statics / clicking noises.
Is it possible to connect an external microphone to the phone? (except for the one from the hands free set). Especially with the coming HD video recording feature for the X10 the sound quality really doesn't measure up to the video quality.

Jan 13, 2010I use Touchdown for my email and calender etc because it syncs up with my company's exchange server much more stable nicer than the native app. However, the widgets for Touchdown are not very nice on the eyes like some of the calender/email apps that are out there for the native. General :: XOLO Q2000 - Not Booting At All
Mar 22, 2014recover my Xolo Q2000, i had given my cell to a friend of mine to install apps. but now it doesn't even start! when i turn it on it just shows the logo "XOLO" and then nothing happens, doesn't even boot into recovery as i tried with pressing power and both volume keys together. when i connect it to pc it just shows the battery icon, before it used to show the percentage too...
as far a i remember it had android 4.2.1 and that friend had told me he tried to install new rom or kitkat or recovery..well, i guess he just messed up and experiemented my Q2000. i just bought it a month ago.

Jun 27, 2013i bought xolo q700 few days back. i have this strange issue with its display.everything is working fine and i love this phone. but when i call any number the screen goes off. i cannot see options to put it on loudspeaker and most importantly i cannot use the dialer. also i cannot be sure if i have dialed the right number. the screen just goes off. physical buttons only of volume rocker and power button and it cannot bring the display up.

Dec 18, 2013This problem began when I reinstalled Swapper 2 last night though I do not think it caused the problem. This was the latest app I installed on my phone.
After I installed this app, changed the settings and set the swapper file size to 256mb and power cycled the device the device wont boot at all.
It would give this vibration, and then nothing. Not even the back light of the display turned on. It tried to open CWM thought the power button and volume down keys but still the result was same as before. I don't know where to start. I am having real trouble in diagonalizing the problem.
