General :: HTC One X+ Keeps Downloading Trojans

When I first got my new phone it downloaded a random .apk through chrome and installed it. I hadn't given it permission to do anything so I completly reset the phone deleting all data. Then a few minutes ago I was on the Sun website ( a UK news website ) and it began to download a random .apk named 1234hws3.apk, again I never pressed anything or gave it permission so I managedto quickly reboot the phone hoping it would stop the Download. But I turned it back on and it said download complete and Avast Antivirus popped up saying it had detected a Trojan in the file and did I want to delete it. So obviously I let avast delete it and scanned it again and it came back all clear.
So the questions I have is why does it download these random .apk, is there anyway I can stop it, and can I assume my phone is clean? By the way my phone is not rooted.

I've got some photos stuck in an MMS that I tried to download before I realised that I didnt have the correct MMS APN settings in (due to swapping to the Modaco ROM). The correct settings are now in but the MMS is stuck at "downloading" status. Is there any way I can rescue it, there is no forward option and I've successfully sent and recieved MMS since.

I read that it had to do with cache partition so I wiped that and it still pops up everytime I try and download an application.

I recorded some video on my Droid Ally and I am having problems downloading it with its audio. I can connect and mount droid and go to DCIM and copy the pictures and video I shot. When I paste it on my PC the video plays but there is no sound. When I play them in my gallery on the phone there is sound and video. Will dropbox work?

I noticed a file was downloaded to my Samsung Galaxy S2 whilst the phone wasn't in use with the screen off and locked. I've attached a screenshot of the download to show the file name.
The same file was downloaded again approximately ten minutes later, again without instruction.I then ran AVG which didn't identify anything (the Settings Security Issue is having USB Debugging switched on)..I recently restored my applications using Titanium Back Up after flashing a new ROM.

I had flash my Galaxy Gio. Should I upgrade to firmware Gingerbread 2.3.4 Galaxy Gio but I installed the firmware Gingerbread 2.3.4 ODIN galaxy ace. Whereas existing binary error warning, but I immediately start. I try to flash again with the firmware Gio, but the problem did not get to downloading mode (already pressed the volume down + power + home). Which appear the words "Emergency Dload Mode (ARM 9)".

I have successfully downloaded 296/298 projects of CyanogenMOD's gingerbread source but the last 2 files 297 and 298 (prebuilt.git) I can't download that in every attempt the download freeze at near 500mb or above 1GB. I was trying to download that over a weeks. So need prebuilt.git file from CyanogenMOD's CM7 source .repo folder?

We have multiple Android devices in our home my Motorola Photon Q and my fiance's Samsung Galaxy S2. In addition to our Motorola Xoom. Recently my finace and I both noticed that when our phones are on WiFi instead of 3G/4G we can't get apps to download, we also noticed this happening on the Xoom which is really a problem since we don't have any mobile service on that. Nothing changed in our WiFi configuration between when it was working properly and now. And all devices did it at the same time. what may be affecting the devices to cause this to happen.

I'm trying to download Life360 & it's stuck in downloading mode when I try to download it throught the play store. Nothing ever dowloads, I just see the horizontal bar with the download indicator "downloading".
When I try to get it downloaded from my computer to my phone by sending the link, I click on the link & get the message that it is already installed but then it starts trying to download the app with the message "Waiting for Wi-Fi". I don't use Wi-FI and I never knew this needed Wi-Fi to download. I dont' care to be charged for Wi-Fi.
How can I get this downloaded and why would I get a message that it is installed but get the above happening (i looked everywhere on my phone & it's not installed)?

I have swapped the Sd card of my infinity and since then I am not able to download anything on it using the stock browser or UC browser.The blackmart app also can't download anything. Downloading through playstore is also not possible because of the slow speed.I want to know that do it happens after swapping on Funbook Infinity or this problem is specific to my device only?

Recently got issue with Gmail, that whenever I try to download an attachment, when the download is finished I get :
"Unfortunately , Gmail has stoped"
I tried:
- clear cache & dalvik
- clear settings
- remove app preferences
- uninstall (TB) and download from play store again
- remove account and setting account again
Attachements are correctly downloaded.it crashes just after download.

I have a problem with downloading files from hosting sites such as rapidgator, hellshare etc. On default browser and on Google Chrome files aren't downloading at all or there is downloaded a file which has for example 26kb or so, while I am trying to download files about 400-700mb. On Opera Mobile the files are downloading, but if I will minimize the browser and start any other app, the downloading process is stopped. I am really surprised with that because a few months ago I also had HTC Desire Z and I could've download any file with the stock browser and. while downloading, check any app I wanted.
I have Asus Transformer Pad 300 with Android ICS (newest update). When I download files about 10mb everything is ok, so I assume it's the size problem or maybe file extension, but I tried the app called All files download (or something like that) which has been recommended in a similar post (but that user had SGS3) and it didn't worked either.

Is there any way to download apps and stuff from Google Play without having a wireless conection to receive the data?For example, connecting the device to the PC and using it's LAN connection to connect to Google Play and download stuff from there?
I know you can select the downloads in the website from the PC and get the downloads on the device but using wireless (3g/wifi) communication so that is not what I'm asking if its possible.

Today I was trying to download and update some apps via wifi but later I discovered that it was on mobile data and I received message from Operator/Carrier that I have crossed my data pack limit and using it further will be chargeable.
