Nov 30, 2013I've read a lot of topics in online and also saw a lot of video tutorial to Flash my Galaxy Y's stock ROM with odin.In Odin,I've selected every file but whenever I click 'Start' button,it shows me this message in message box.

Jun 24, 2010I recently rooted my Motorola Droid and I am trying to run Rom Manager by clockworkmod and when i attempt to Flash Clockworkmod Recovery I get an error saying, "An error occurred while attempting to run privileged commands!" Can someone offer me some help on what to do, I have tried uninstalling and turning the phone off.

Nov 29, 2010My friend tried using a ROM Manager on his DX and it doesn't seem to be working right. When trying to flash a ROM it reboots, attempts to boot into Recovery, fails, then boots up normally.
When I boot into into his ClockworkMod recovery manually, it doesn't appear to have all the options like it should. For instance, I cannot create a Nandroid backup or flash stuff from the SD card. Is this normal?
From within the ROM Manger I tried to flash a new ClockWorkMod Recovery but that also fails just like flashing a ROM.
I have an Incredible so I don't wanna screw up his DX so how do I flash a new Recovery for him? I can't create a backup of his stuff so I want to be extra careful.

Oct 11, 2010To use more features in the ROM Manager app I decided to flash the Clockwork recovery image from Rom Manager.I got the message the image had flashed so I tried to restart my phone to make sure it flashed and to make a nandroid with the new image.Phone would not boot into recovery for me.So I pulled the battery (phone was stuck on "HTC" screen), waited 10 seconds, replaced battery and tried starting the phone in regular mode instead of recovery.That worked.So I tried restarting in recovery mode again.Failed again. Figured the problem was in the Clockworkmod recovery image. So I pulled/waited/replaced the battery again and restarted the phone in regular mode.Used the USB to get to my SD card and went into the file for the Clockwork recovery image and deleted it.Then I pasted the 1.6.2 RA back onto my SD card and planned to flash it.
But I have not been able to flash the image because all my phone does now id get to the "HTC" screen and stays there.Nothing else to show it is booting up.Finally pulled my SD card and put it in my card reader on my computer.Pasted the Clockworkmod recovery image back into the correct folder, thinking I might be able to at least get the phone to boot up in regular mode. No luck.Just goes to the "HTC" screen I see every start-up and stays there.So the 1.6.2 RA is on the root of my SD but not flashed.The Clockworkmod image is back in it's folder but not re-flashed.

Feb 14, 2014I have a problem with my sgy s5360 (rooted). i recently changed my lcd density in error and instead of the 120 default setting, I changed it to 288. that was really frustrating. I haven't been able to fix it myself. I have already done the factory reset but that didn't work. I used the ROM toolbox. Now my sgy is like in a zoomed state. Large fonts, cannot unlock and change to default setting. I cannot click the android icon that can be seen when you reboot your phone and did the factory reset. assistance is badly needed. i have browsed through the theads, but this issue has not been addressed.

Apr 30, 2014i just bought an HTC One Mini on eBay. The smartphone seem to be of Orange.uk (i saw this info using cpu-z app) and does not contain all languages (for example italian, and since i'm italian this isn't a good news).
I'm using this smartphone with a SIM of course not of Orange so i think that is unlocked.
But i want to flash a "classic" Stock of HTC One Mini European, not this. The actual ROM also is "locked" to Android 4.3 and if i check updates he don't find nothing.
So how can i flash a stock european rom? And where i can find it?

Now when i try to reboot into recovery, nothing happens. It just boots up normally. how to either flash stock recovery or a custom recovery that will work?

Aug 15, 2012The other day when I went to install a font on my phone, I tried the Arial font and it had me restart. When It rebooted, it wouldn't load pass the Motorola boot logo. I rebooted into recovery and tried wiping/formatting my phone and it would still get stuck at the boot logo. I tried putting the stock rom onto my microSD card and installing via the recovery menu but it rebooted and the recovery menu went blue with lesser options. And will Virgin Mobile send me a new one since it is rooted?(I was going to send it back due to the loose charge connection.)
