Aug 23, 2010I would like to disable/remove some of my unused homescreens. However, I don't want a program that completely hijacks my interface. So far I have tried pando, ahome, and open home. Can anyone suggest a way for me to delete some empty homescreens while not hijacking my interface.

Since joining this forum I've been surfing around looking at what a desire is capable of and I want to utilize it potential. I want to customise it with a variety of apps and hopefully have a finishing product like everyone else has. I've tried searching around but can't seem to find a guide. I use Launcher Pro right now, but I'm hoping somebody has a way to get Sense to do this, especially if it'll let me use the new Sense this way down the road. I'm not sure how to put this so I'll try my best.When you have a picture as your wallpaper do you notice that when sliding between the screens they move ever so slightly?For example, I have an image of the lion in my avatar perfectly in the centre of my home screen, yet when I move the screen to the left or right it seems to move the image and cut some off. Is there a way around this?I've seen it on some people's screen shots but I'm not sure how to do it with a picture that you decide to use as a homescreen. No worries if it can't be done. Home screen images, by their very nature work best when they are simple or abstract because they have a load of stuff going on over the top of them. But in the lock screen it would be really great to see a proper picture, where it doesn't matter what's going on because there's nothing in front of it!
It's a small request, but it would be nice to have all the same! Any apps that can do it?

I can pass data to the dialer, and call a phone number successfully, but now wish to use the turn-by-turn navigation as an additional function.
