Dec 1, 2009When I watch a video using Bluetooth The lip sync is always off a bit. It seems ok when not using BT, was wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I use a Jabra BT530. I have not tried using a reg set of head phones but BT is off by just a bit.

Apr 5, 2010Just got my new desire. Love it. Trying to watch some video on it. The videos came from get_iplayer (if that matters) and are 640x360 H.264/MPEG-4 AVC. I've tried several players, Meridian, mVideoPlayer, PlaysVideo, Media Player, built in player and I get audio but no video. Is it the video codec or are the dimensions too great and need to be scaled down a bit.

May 27, 2010I take videos on the HTC Hero, connect the phone to PC, then drag videos from phone to desktop. They come out as .3gp files.When I try to play them back, each program either crashes (Quicktime, VLC), or tells me that it cannot playback this type of codec (Windows Media Player).The videos playback fine on the phone, just not when I bring them over to my PC.I am running Android 2.1 and Vista. Any help is appreciated.

Feb 19, 2010My phone died in the middle of taking video. Came home a couple hours later, plugged my phone into the charger. I turned the phone on, after it was plugged in. My phone froze during the little HTC and Hero intro. After the freeze, it was back on, but my screens were all back to factory settings! It also asked me to calibrate my keyboard, and the little popup bubbles to guide the user with their "new phone" came up! All my apps were gone!! I lost ALL of my contacts! The only thing that stayed was my pictures and videos. It doesn't make any sense to me.

It appears to be a scam on Sprints part. Watch your bill for this bogus charge then call and make them take it away. You should NEVER have to pay activation on a warranty replacement phone.
