Sep 10, 2010How do I send multiple SMS to my contacts on Xperia X10? First of all it doesn't give a dropdown list of my contacts So I manually input by selecting the first letter of my contacts names. Only limits it to several, i'd say about 10/12 people. Then when I send the message, in the notification I get a message saying sms failed. Only 2 people seem to recieve the actual SMS. This is really frustrating.

Nov 30, 2010But now I'm on 2.1, it doesn't do anything of the sort.
e.g. let's say i had sent out a text stating; "Hi John, I will be at yours next week - you can email me at berty@bassett.com if you need me to bring anything"
so a few days later I'd start a new text. By the time I'd wrote "Hi" the system would offer me the next word as "John" - it had kind of learned what it thought I might want to say next. This was incredibly useful when entering email addresses into form pages.
Now, when I type "Hi", it offers stupid suggestions like "Hit, High, Hill" and other completely unrelated junk.
If I enable predictive texts, it auto fixes words that don't need auto fixing. I sent a text to my sister saying "lolzalot" and by the time I realised what had gone on, it had instead replaced my word with "locally"
Why is this new way of doing things so poor compared to the old 1.6 way? Or at least, how can I get it back to being like it should be.

Nov 10, 2010i have handcent as my default sms app which is alot better then the stock one. When i get a sms i have the pop up enabled (after you unlock the handset). but not to show the keyboard. This works ok but when i press the white square to reply - the text you received does not move to the top of the screen so you cant see what your typing or you cant press send as there hidden by the keyboard. The only way you can see that is when you have finished is to press the back button (that closes the keyboard) and then you can also press the send button. If i have the keboard to pop up automatically when i get a txt....i only see the top line of writing / send button!

At present to delete these pictures I have to go through each picture individually. How can I delete the entire contents of each folder? Aug 15, 2010So today I filmed the kids to send through MSS to their gramps. I used the MMS setting on the camera since the X10 can't edit video (amazing blunder if you ask me). But even with this setting the video gets too large to send. I've tried to change the allowed size in Handcent but that only removes the message about too big a file. The MMS is marked by a red clock indicating not sent. The original app does the same thing. Anybody else with this problem? The phone is rooted now but since so little can be removed after rooting due to problems with other apps I guess I'll just un-root it soon and live with Moxier. It's basically the only major app that can be removed without consequenses.
