Oct 22, 2010I'm a new X10 mini owner and also just registered to be a member of this forum. It's great to have this forum to share ideas and help on our favorite phone. Can anyone tell me how I could send the same text message to more than one recipient as soon as I create it, without having to forward the message several times?

Nov 10, 2010i have handcent as my default sms app which is alot better then the stock one. When i get a sms i have the pop up enabled (after you unlock the handset). but not to show the keyboard. This works ok but when i press the white square to reply - the text you received does not move to the top of the screen so you cant see what your typing or you cant press send as there hidden by the keyboard. The only way you can see that is when you have finished is to press the back button (that closes the keyboard) and then you can also press the send button. If i have the keboard to pop up automatically when i get a txt....i only see the top line of writing / send button!

Oct 1, 2010I downloaded Handcent from the Android market. This is a great application for sending sms's and mms's, but when I send a message it is delivered twice. That is because the default message application is still installed on the phone and the message is therefor automatically send through Handcent and the default message app. Can I delete the default message app from my phone without corrupting the software on the phone? I don't want to implement the factory reset on my phone, have too many apps that I don't want to loose or reinstall.

Nov 11, 2010I cannot find out how to increase the text messaging validity on my phone. If I send a txt to someone who has no signal or phone is turned off I get a message failed delivery report. In my past sony ericsson phones there is a setting you can change so it will try to send for a longer period of time, It is usually found in the text settings but on the x10 mini pro I can't find it anywhere.

Sep 21, 2010My Xperia now 8 days old. Its an upgrade from 3. Its proving to be the worse phone I have ever had!! The battery life is terrible, fully charged yet went off half way through my shift? What I am have been having major problems with and cant figure it out for the life of me is how to forward a text and delete a draft message? I just cant figure it out! Forward a message? how do I access the names or the phonebook? theres always only the contact that sent me the text in the first place or one i use frequently. and i have a draft i cant get rid of unless i send the **** thing. this phone is so frustrating to me because texting and facebook are my main objectives when purchasing a phone. facebook: when i tap on notifications it tells me constantly there is an error. now i told the salesman in the shop what the main uses of my mobile are and so far I am extremely disappointed with this mobile phone, i have been mis-sold! Can someone please put me out my misery so I can appreciate this little phone a bit more!

Though I've found a lack in my or the phones abilities:
How do I attach a contact to a text message or an email?
I'm using Roadsync email
How I do it now is: Navigating to the contact I would like to forward, edit it, mark and copy the phone number, paste it into a text/email, write the name of the contact and press send.
Features I also would like to see in the future:
Have the Roadsync application use the "Full Name" field instead of the "File As" field, when syncing contacts with MS-Exchange.

Aug 15, 2010So today I filmed the kids to send through MSS to their gramps. I used the MMS setting on the camera since the X10 can't edit video (amazing blunder if you ask me). But even with this setting the video gets too large to send. I've tried to change the allowed size in Handcent but that only removes the message about too big a file. The MMS is marked by a red clock indicating not sent. The original app does the same thing. Anybody else with this problem? The phone is rooted now but since so little can be removed after rooting due to problems with other apps I guess I'll just un-root it soon and live with Moxier. It's basically the only major app that can be removed without consequenses.
