I have searched for a bit but cant find anything helpful. I signed up to get a invitation to Google voice, but still haven't received an invitation. So im trying other options. Any good programs out there to send texts from your pc to cell phones? I want to be able to hook my cell phone up to my computer to send them, so it doesn't cost anything.

How do I get the pictures taken with my phone on my computer? I need to back them up before I root my phone and I can only save the ones on my sd card but cant seem to find the ones taken with my phone. I am guessing they got saved to the phones memory.
View 3 Replies View RelatedHow to connect my phone via USB cable to my computer. I know you turn off USB debugging option under development. I connect the USB cable that came with my phone to USB on my computer and then to my phone. At the top of my phone it comes up with the notification to mount my card touch on that and them my phone comes up saying to turn off mass storage. Using Windows XP and in explorer can see the SD card showing as a drive in my list however when I click on it it shows nothing.
I can see the notice of the usb drive in the listings showing that I can turn it off, which I do before I disconnect the phone from my computer. Then I try to connect the USB again to my phone and all it does is show its charging the phone now, usually the only way to resolve is either to restart my computer or restart my phone and the problem starts all over again. I am tired of taking the card out of my phone manually to connect it to my computer to move or copy files or anything to my card which is an 8GB sandisk micro sd card.
I'm not entirely sure this is even possible, but I am attempting to figure out if it is possible to watch live feeds from the droid to a computer. I ask because I im a dallas cowboys fan that lives in New York so most games aren't broadcast. The nfl mobile app lets me watch live feeds and games, but as you can imagine the screen is only so big. I'd like to watch the video on my computer screen. Is this possible or should I just look for some website that would ultimately do the same thing?

One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned! I've tried everything I installed from sprint download site. I have tried Samsung studio. Also the tethering site. Also just the drivers nothing seems to work.

When I connect my phone to my computer via USB, it doesn't come up as an external drive, it just charges it.

View 11 Replies View RelatedNow my phone won't turn on. The bar started going and then that error came up and it said to either debug, send error report or don't send. When I try to turn it on, it just shows a Samsung logo with a phone and a computer under it and a dotted line connecting between. In the middle of the line is an exclamation point! I just tried to download it again on a different computer and the same system error occurred! Why is this happening? I can't turn my phone on now but can enter download mode.

View 2 Replies View RelatedBeen using Handcent for a long time now and generally happy with it. However I get random "failed to send" error messages. Over time I've come to discover that most of the time the message is an error and the intended txt message was indeed sent. If I resend most say they get the same txt multiple times. Is anyone else seeing this? I was gonna post over on the Handcent forum but I'm not registered there so figured I'd try here first. This has been happening for months now over all the version upgrades. I'm actually not so sure this is a Handcent thing or a hardware thing. And again this is very random and doesn't happen all that often. Using Firmware 2.1 update 1.

I tried to send a text eariler and I got the message not sent error then I tried to make a phone call and it wouldent go through.. the call timer didn't even pop up. The odd thing is my internet works fine... I. Went back to factory settings via menu privacy reset and still no phone.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI own the Moment, which I want to throw through Sprints windows, and randomly, with full bars, get Error 97 or Error 7 when attempting to send text using Handcent, I have called Sprint on this several times over the last month or 2, each times, they do whatever they do on their end, and it works for a while or it doesn't. I finally take it to the store today on advice from a tech saying there may be an antenna issue, the tech at the store says no issues and that handcent MIGHT be my issue. Anyone ELSE seeing these network errors with Handcent? I don't believe that's the issue and feel Sprint just doesn't want to deal with it.

So here is my issue.I could swear that when I tapped on an email address for a contact inside Contacts, that a window would pop asking if I'd like to send a Gmail message or a Work Email message (these choices had the little Gmail and Work Email icons as well).About a day or two ago, this option no longer appears for me in Contacts. Instead, when tapping on an email address inside a contact, I am taken straight to the Welcome screen to setup up Moxier Mail, which I do not want to use.I would like to just use the native Gmail option.
