I am already syncing the Picasa Web Album for my mail google account on my galaxy, but i have a secondary google acount which I sync emails from. When I go to Accounts and Sync, there is no option for me to sync my second google acount's Picassa Web Albums. Does anybody know how I can sync 2 Picasa Web Albums, both of which have been setup on different google accounts?

I don't remember how I did it, but I was somehow able to upload all the photos that I've taken with the camera to Picasa. Now I have quite a few videos in there as well, but I do remember a message saying that videos are not supported by Picasa and that only the photos would be uploaded. I'm now trying to do the same thing, but whenever I choose the entire 'Camera' folder to upload to Picasa, the only 'Share' options are YouTube, Gmail, and Bluetooth. Does anyone know how I may have done that the first time, or a way to sync photos from the gallery to Picasa web albums?

I took pictures, but they didn't upload to Picasa. Can I set this up natively? I've been using Photobucket, but I'd prefer a Google service if it works better.

I also downloaded this on My mac I was able to just Command Click every single song I wanted and sync it directly to my phone straight from iTunes.And I made a folder and Copied a BUNCH of photo's from iPhoto directly into the Folder I created in my camera Gallery.
I upload photo's from my computer to Picasa Web using Picasa, where they are stored in my Google Plus space.
Under my account sync settings in Android, along with Gmail and Contacts and all that, I've got "Sync Google Photos" and "Sync Picasa Web Albums".
What's the difference between these two choices?

I just got my phone the other day, and I've been searching here and the market. Haven't turned up much.
I want an app that will download and upload to and from Picasa.
I really don't want to go to Flicker.
I want to be able to pull in google plus photos when using photoshop touch and autostitch apps etc. But their import options only access local folders on my device. I can download individual photos one at a time to a generic download folder from google plus to use, not full albums. When I try to create a new folder in gallery, and move the Picasa/Google Plus photos I get a notice saying "unsupported file." I read somewhere that there should be an option in gallery that makes photos available offline, but I don't have that. Just basically trying to be able to organize and download my g+ photos for use with these apps, in a less time consuming way.

I was hoping the do this through Picasa web albums but you can't snyc sub folders. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to have access to these iamges on my phone? I could use a PC snyc tool if necessary. But it would be nice to have an automated solution that would "watch" a certain folder and its subfolders.

I want this to replace my iPod Touch (not that I hate apple or anything I just want one device for everything) and was wondering how this process works on this phone exactly. I know that you can plug in your phone and manually make all of the folders for your albums and such but that seems like a lot of work.
View 19 Replies View Relatedwell , finally made the switch and got an android phone , very happy with my galaxy s, apart from 1 major issue i can't get my phonebook/contacts to sync with my in car bluetooth system. I can make and receive calls faultlessly , but definately have to be able to access my contacts hands free. every time i try to re-pair it it offers an option to share contacts, but does not work once paired .Can anyone more technically savvy than myself offer any ideas / help , unless i can get this to work the phone will have to go back

But this does not happen, as I refresh the sync manually, it says it has synced but obviously the contacts list in my phone and Gmail at the web are totally irrelevant. For example I merged some contacts in Gmail contacts but this does not show up in the phone even though it shows to be syncing over the air. Maybe a simple issue to handle but I would appreciate the help very much as a new transfer to Android from Symbian...

In particular I can't seem to sync my Google contacts groups. The contacts themselves sync ok but they are all grouped under Google in the groups dialogue. There doesn't seem to be any way for me to add them to groups I create on the device or to get the groups that are in my Google contacts to display. Annoyingly if I try to create a group on the device with the same name as a group in my Google contacts it tells me that a group of that name already exists even though it won't display that group on the phone.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI upgraded my phone to the Vibrant mainly so that I could have more of a "work" phone and sync my phone with the MS Office suite on my laptop, but I have no clue how to do this effectively! I have downloaded the ThinkFree Mobile app so that I can open Excel and Word files, and have also downloaded the Dropbox app so that I can sync files to my phone from my computer. However, I have a few questions: 1) It doesn't look like my files are syncing to my phone with Dropbox once I make changes on my computer. 2) I am not able to edit files on my phone in either ThinkFree or Dropbox; shouldn't I be able to? and 3) How the heck do I get Outlook on my phone?.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am a teacher and we have just bought 15 SG Tab 2 10.1 for my class running 4.1.1. It is a right pain downloading an app every time I want to use one and I am either having to ask the children to download the app to each tab individually or go into play store on PC where I can select each tab individually and send the app. Neither of these are ideal and I'm looking for a way of managing and sending an app to all the tabs in one go.
This seems to work with iOS as when I download an app or take a pic on my iphone it appears instantly on my ipad via iCloud so there must be a way of doing this but I'm a bit stuck.
When I transfer mp3 files onto my Galaxy which is USB mounted I can see the various music albums in file explorer. However, when I open the standard music player only a few of the albums are recognised.
Instead the songs are just scattered under "Songs". I have tried with various music players from the Market but the result is the same. This happens even though the songs are tagged.
Is there any way to make Music Player recognise the various albums?
For 4 of my albums all the songs and the albums names come up as random amounts of ?s. i dont know how to fix it, i tried re-downloading them, and taking out some characters from the names but nothing will fix it. so is there any way to fix this or what is the cause. and is there any way to change name of songs and albums on the phone by just using the phone.

This is really annoying and there are pictures that I definitely do not want on my phone that are showing up. The odd thing is these pictures do not show up in my actual gallery on my phone, only when I sync it to my computer.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a Galaxy S3 that uses MS Exchange to sync my email, calendar, tasks, and contacts through my Office365 account. Everything has worked great for months. A few days ago, I noticed that contacts I had been adding to Outlook on my PC were not showing up on my phone. After checking all of the basic stuff (contacts to display set correctly, sync turned on, auto-sync checked, etc.), I discovered that the Contacts had not synced since mid-January (date/time stamp under Settings/Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync/Settings/More Settings). All "sync" boxes are checked, and the Calendar, Email, Tasks, and Text Messages are all syncing, with current date and time stamps. For some reason, even though the Contacts sync box is also checked, Contacts have not updated since January.
I have tried unchecking boxes, restarting phone, removing and reinstalling account, and everything else I could find on these forums. But nothing works. After re-installing the account on the phone, the Contacts "sync" box is checked, but there is no date/time stamp at all. If I look on Settings/Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync/Accounts, the Sync Contacts box is checked, and it shows a current date/time stamp. But the contacts are not syncing, and no contacts show up on the phone for this exchange account. The contacts are making it from my PC to Office365, as those contacts do show up in the web based Office365 contact list. But the contacts are not making it from there to my phone.
I am spending the afternoon trying to create a temporary work-around, but I run my own consulting business, and having access to my contacts is critical.

I restored all my apps on my tablet but all my Angry Birds, Plants vs Zombies and all other game data is missing from the tablet.
First, is there a way to restore this game data to the tablet WITHOUT root?
Preferably, I would like to seamlessly sync the game data between the 2 devices. It would be great to play a level of any game on my phone and then pick up at the same spot on my tablet. Is this possible?
I saw in a couple of reviews that the Vibrant can display Facebook Albums in its built in Gallery. All was done nicely and very natively.I have a unit here and I see no option to do such a thing. Is this something that was removed in the final firmware or it is a setting in front of me and I cannot see it?

I did change the sim-card (and subsequent number) since first using it, but I never logged intio Kies with the old sim-card.The phone is rooted.How do I get Kies (or my Samsung phone) to show my current telephone number?In the phone properties (Menu, Settings, About, Status) the same wrong number is shown.When calling, the receiver sees the correct telephone number.
