Samsung EPIC 4G :: Sprint Customer Service
Jul 18, 2010When I was on Sprint.com looking at accessories for the EVO I don't even own yet, a chatbox came up with this Customer Sevice Rep talking to me.So, I asked her when the Epic 4G was to be released, and she blatantly ignored me.I was hoping to bring better news, like, "I found the release date!", but alas,I cannot.

Jul 20, 2010Did anybody over here get a replacement phone in the mail? I'm getting one for various issues plus the phone is completely dead right now.just wanted to know couple of things:How long did it take to arrive?What did u send back? phone & battery? or anything else..manual/box & etc.They said it might be here tomorrow or in 2-3 days...lol I guess I got really lucky also because they are all sold out everywhere & now sprint is sending to me directly & I didn't even have to leave my house.So far I'm liking Sprints customer service. But I feel really weird this is my first day without the EVO since June 4th.

I got this reply from them but what confuses me is it says we will have them back in stock, i didn't know they ever had them in stock to begin with. must have been a typo.
Samsung Behold 2 : Unlocked - No Service
Oct 27, 2010I am having the worst problem with my samsung behold 2. I just recently unlocked it with a unlock code from TMobile, it was saying "no service" before i unlocked it because my Tmobile account is deactivated and now its saying the same thing when i put in my AT&T sim card. I changed the APN settings in safe mode to the new cingular settings, I have a current AT&T data plan and it still won't let me do anything? I also master reset all my settings, AND STILL NOTHING! But my AT&T sim card works fine (messaging,web,calling) in my little Nokia phone from AT&T.

Oct 4, 2010I have just had the WORST customer service experience EVER with Motorola. It started early last week, and is continuing through today. Suffices to say, the automated system is useless, the customer service reps are all in Argentina, and no one hears what you say. They only hear what they have been trained to hear, and can not think outside of their little scripts at all. If I hear " I really do apologize for the inconvenience, can you hold while I look that up" one more time, my head is going to explode.Does anyone have an email address for someone in Motorola Corporate that deals with the Consumer Electronics portion of the business? Preferably someone with a title of VP or such? I'd like to have a nice conversation with them.

May 26, 2010I (like hundreds of others) have had a call quality problem with the two Droid Incredibles I purchased for my wife and myself when they were released on April 30th. Verizon recognized that there was a problem and replaced both devices with ones manufactured about a month later (5/02) and the same issue with poor voice quality continued.
We love the device EXCEPT for the lack of ability to understand callers. So, I asked Verizon to extend our 30-day opt out to give them an opportunity to work out the issues with this device. I just received a call from Verizon customer service (which I could barely understand) and was told they would not extend the 30 day period and my option was to live with the poor sound quality or switch to another device. Verizon has no other devices that were interested in at this time so well be canceling these two lines (and one other) and returning to T-Mobile. T-Mobile may not have the best coverage, but they do have great customer service, unlike Verizon.

Jan 21, 2010Alright whats up people I was recently searching through and through for a way to get mobile internet without paying that ridiculous android price so as I was searching I stumbled across a regular behold forum at Samsung Behold Forum - New Proxy (TMobileX (Free Internet!)) - UPDATE: Analysis 01.07.10 -> 1500 Users because someone said free internet for it and I gave it a run to see if it would work with our behold 2 and surely enough it does.
Instructions on how to use proxy:
Open up the (default) browser on your Samsung Behold.
Type in the following address into the : tmo-x.co.cc/tmobilex/
Type in the address you want to visit in the form on the page and select whether or not you want to use my HTML trick (free; allows you to see sites in full HTML not 'WAP-stripped').

Jan 13, 2010After many attempts to try and use the terminal emulator that is already preloaded onto the behold 2 , and many failures..After trying out different Terminal Em.'s and always having my phone lag because they wernt made for it...i have finally found a way to get terminal emulator working with no lag or no slow down in performance... First you must have root,of course, Next, Use an app called root explorer or something similar and goto the folder /system/app/ and find the two files Term.apk and Term.odex, and MOVE them to your sd card from your phone,you want them gone from your system/app folder After that simply goto the market and search for Terminal Emulator , re-download and there you have it, Working term. em. on the behold 2.Peace Ladz.

Dec 25, 2009This phone has the WORST idea for an sd slot.When trying to take out my sd card, i took off the cover that holds the sd card.I could use some pictures on how its supposed to look when connected. I have been trying to put it back on and all I ended up doing was bending it.I got my hands on an HTC Leo Windows mobile 6.5. Best implementation of an SD card slot ever.

Jun 11, 2010G1 and my Behold 2 her phone had good reception and the behold had nearly none. Half the time I don't get phone calls. They go straight to VM. My roommate's BB pearl gets double the reception mine does. My other roommate's Nokia gets even better reception. All on the T-mo network. Another friend who has a G1 same thing, he has reception I don't. Not to mention the other problems I have had. This is my 3rd Behold II by the way. Been replaced twice and back to Samsung for 3 weeks once.
