Does anybody know where I can get different 3g and gps icons for my notification bar. I found some others over at droid pirate but still looking for more ideas.

Is there a way to do this? Basically all I want to see to the right side is the 3G/1X indicator. I would love to remove, or at the very least hide, the battery and clock info.

It looks fine on Nexus One, where the notification area is light gray and is almost invisible on HTC Desire (Sense UI - dark gray notification bar). Is there a way to overcome that? View 11 Replies View RelatedFor some reason two notification icons pop up for new mail in K-9. One shows how many new e-mails there are, but the other one I do not know what is for. Right now it shows "2" but it has been that number for quite some time. If someone could look at the screen shot and let me know what the icon all the way to the left is, and how I can prevent it from popping up it would be great.

You upload the framwork.apk to them and select the set of icons you want and all the colors and stuff and then they send you a new file that you flash in after you flash a ROM.
The website was something that really didnt make sense, and would never be able to figure it out, even through google search. I installed Win 7 today and didnt check my history before I did it.
Wish there was a way to remove an icon from the notification bar - pretty much everyone has a larger clock widget on the home screen - it's redundant. And don't need to be reminded we have an alarm set constantly.
There's not an app for that is there?
Anyone know of a tutorial for this? Ide like to change up the icons on my thirdwave notification bar.
View 5 Replies View RelatedIs there any way to disable the icons in the notification bar which appear while apps running in background without losing their full funktion?For example I have an "Anti-Virus Program", "LBE Security Master" an "Tasker" running in Background. There a little Icons shown in the Status-Bar and big notifications when I pull down the notification bar. Of course many apps have an option to disable this, but they tell me that they won't work right anymore if I would disable that. Since Jelly-Bean, I think, there is a way to disable notifications from every app but same thing here - apps seem not to work right anymore.
Is there a way to get rid of the icons or the big notifications without losing their funktion?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI just rooted my phone and I know you can download icon packs and use better cut to specify what icon you want for a specific application, I was just wondering if there is an easier way to just load the icon pack and it will somehow replace the current default icons?
I also was wondering if there is any way to "theme" the notification bar. I would really like to make it transparent, but I don't want to use open home or ahome. I am sure there is an image sitting somewhere that I can change? I just rooted my phone a few hours ago.

I want to use PA colors to change the status icon color so it is the same, but cannot find the exact hex code on the Android design guidelines page. When using the <4.3 launcher 80FFFFFF seemed to work but now I'm using the 4.4 launcher it doesn't look right (as shown by image).
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm running CM7 on my original Droid. I'm using the phone strictly as a VOIP Phone and the cellular connection is deactivated. I've used Ninjamorph to black out the cell phone signal bars, but now there is a big space between my wifi icon and the battery icon (where the cell signal bars used to be). So is there a way that I can swap the positions of the cell phone bars and the wifi icon? Or maybe just a way to remove the cell phone bars from the notification bar?

For each of my contact in address book there's a little green icon near the name, with a number that indicates the number of "unread" notifications. There's some method for deleting these icons without reading all the notifications of all my contacts? Or their disappear by their selves after some time? I don't want to see for each of my contacts this icons that indicates me to read dozens of notifications.

I would like to hide or remove unwanted icons from the left side of the notification/status bar. I realize most programs give you this option, but some don't (such as the latest version of Norton security program). It just sits up there and hogs up real estate. Ideally, it would also be nice to be able to rearrange the icons, or make them larger if desired..
View 1 Replies View RelatedI couldn't find anything specific through a search, but whenever I get an email on gmail I get a white envelope notification. That is linked to the gmail folder. At the same time I get a black envelope with a white outline. I cannot figure out what email folder/widget/whatever it is linked to and I have to manually clear the notification.
Is there anyway to turn off the black envelope?
Where did my pretty, colorful icons go? Why am I stuck with black and white? I may be black and white in my opinions, but I'm a very colorful person.

I want the notification bar ICS like (blue icons) and the notification bar icons the same ,just change the color to blue.
I followed a guide in order to change framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk from /system/ ( my phone is rooted + cwm) but i couldnt get it going (i couldnt find all the icons to change).
Do you guys have problems with missing icons that just get replaced by the default android icon? 2 apps I have, are missing their icons. Nav Launcher and Pandora. Any idea why or how to fix it?
