How is Home++ app for driod 2.0? Does it lag/ crash or anything? Also how do I get the wallpaper that i see like Batman or some of the other cool wallpapers I have seen in post? Is there a way to get it directly on phone as opposed to the pc and tranferring it to phone?

Every now and again I will be on the Internet or some random app and all of a sudden the phone goes back to the home screen. Does anyone else have this issue is this a major problem how can I fix this or would you return the phone.

1) EMAIL no empty the trash? I have over 1000 emails in the trash and I cant empty them.
2) EMAIL You can EASILY open an email trying to check it.
3) EMAIL No way to create filters to separate emails and create JUNK filters.
4) EMAIL You can easily open an email trying to scroll. Seems like we need a safe area on the left or right so we can scroll without opening the email.
5) Text Messaging. You cant copy a sent message or a portion of it? This doesn't seem possible and is very irritating. I cant forward a message either.
6) Text Messaging something read a text message for me? Like a text to voice reader? This can help with all the driving rules.
7) Text Messaging An automatic reply that can be turned off or on to inform users you are on the road.
8) Video Player. I like to play movies but have often noticed audio drift on several
videos. SO the video player needs a way to delay or advance audio to match the video like VLC has.
9) Video Player ZOOM I need custom zoom sizes so I can play video and resize them to FIT the video window irrespective of the aspect ratio. The screen it too small to care.
I want to digitize my video at 320x480 and zoom it up why not so I can get more video on my phone.
10) WEB Browser Last complaint for today.. FLASH WHERE THE $^$%#& is the FLASH support that was promised by Adobe?
11) WEB Browser Shouldn't you be able to copy text from a web page to use in a search?
WHY cant I view pages without being classified into special class?
I love the phone but it really lags from where I expected it to be at this point. With so many developers maybe its hard to find the good stuff?
i started texting this morning as i always do and after a few texts the sms application kept force closing and the only way to stop it was to restart the phone and when it came back all my texts were gone. I wanna say I had about 1000 texts. Is this a common android issue? This seems extremely problematic.

In fact, I've removed all beautiful widgets from all my home screens and home screen replacement apps. Yet for some reason I get the weather thing in my status bar as if I had Beautiful Home running. Which means it's somehow being run without being told to. And it only does this with Sweeter Home.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI like switching between the stock home and Launcher Pro and ADW. Since the 2.2 update, when I use a home switcher to use one of the replacements, my phone defaults back to the stock home screen when I hit the hardware home button on the bottom of my Moto Droid. Is there a setting I am missing to change this. Even when I select the replacement as "default" using the Home Switcher, it still reverts back to the stock one when I hit that home button.

When I touch "download" it appears that the attachment is downloading, but then I get the cursed red X! I have contacted Motorola tech support. View 2 Replies View RelatedI own a Droid Razr M (8 GB) and I am running a stock build(9.8.1Q-78-1), and yesterday I reset my phone to factory defaults because I filled up it's disk space, then, I re-rooted it, it worked fine, but now, today I am missing EVERY SINGLE stock app, I tried resetting it to factory defaults again, and it still was missing them all, I then used a device explorer, and my "system/app" folder is like completely empty, (DROID RAZR M Running JB 4.1.2 as stated in the title)
If it makes a difference, it is a Verizon, it was 100% stock still, I had not installed anything yet after I rooted it, and the root was 100% successful because I did it the same way I did before.
All I need is, Camera, Galary, and Calendar now.
Can you switch the operating system from windows to andriod, is there a program for it
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a non-rooted Droid 2 and the Desk/Home dock. When I first tried it out, it worked as expected-starting the home dock screen when placed in the dock. However, I now find that whenever I dock the droid, the notification bar shows that it is connected to the multimedia dock but it does not start the dock application. I used Astro to browse the /system/apps folder and found the Dock app- clicked on Open App manager and then Launch at which point I get a message saying "Activity not found com.motorola.dlauncher". I don't know if this is why nothing is happening when I dock the Droid but can anyone tell me why this suddenly stopped working and what I can do to get it working again?
View 15 Replies View RelatedThis is more of an annoyance, but whenever I reply to a message off the home screen widget, it automatically defaults to the home number for that contact, instead of replying to the same (cell) number that it was sent from. If I go into the messaging app, it works as it should (replies to the same number).

I assume developers are writing code for 2.0 mostly by now, but still. I would think there had be SOME level of back compatibility. It's not like I'm downloading obscure applications. These are typically highly rated applications found on the bigger review sights and AndroLib. For instance, just today, two WiFi apps and Shuffle both caused my Eris to crash. And apparently something else I haven't determined yet. What are other's experiences/success rates with applications? I'll append this post later with apps known to cause crashes. In fact, until the 2.0 upgrade, it might be a good idea for a sticky.

But I have been a fan of home++ for awhile but the FC's are getting pretty old. I mean it does it at least 5-10 times a day. Today I got sick of it and finally uninstalled.
View 17 Replies View RelatedOnce again I'm trying to get into openGL, but as usual I choke when passing around vertices/vertixes/whatever and every little detail can lead to disaster (wrong format, initialization not properly set up, where memory are saved, etc.).
My main goal is to use openGL for 2D graphics to speed up performance compared to regular cpu drawing.
Anyways, my openGL Renderer looks like this code...
With an IndexOutOfBoundsException, but I'm sure there are more problems with the code.
If you just had to choose one which would you chose? Im partial to the home dock. It really just looks cool when its docked up like that. I also wake up early and would like to use it as a alarm and it looks badass as a alarm clock .
View 18 Replies View RelatedSo I have Launcher Pro, and I don't always want to use it but I want to every now and than, so I downloaded Home Switcher. I have Regular home set as default, and it shows it is. But when I hit home it always goes to Launcher Pro. I have checked under Applications to make sure it wasn't set as default or anything and it is not. So my question is anyone else having this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix this without just un installing Launcher Pro and reinstalling every time i want to use it?
