This is of my family and friends. I'm wearing the Element shirt with the spiky hair in the first one and that's my sister with the weird laugh. YouTube - Memorial Day Weekend
I'm very confused on how this is all working. Does the incredible have 720p video recording, is an update going to come out with it, or what?

I have a code that work in all devices that i know but not in sg3. How to record video with the camera in sg3?
this is my record code:
mMediaRecorder = new MediaRecorder();
mMediaRecorder.setCamera(mRecoredCamera);[code]....
this is the exception im getting:
java.lang.RuntimeException: start failed.
at android.media.MediaRecorder.start(Native Method)
we got a requirement to record video from front and rear cameras simultaniously.. In the Android 2.1 SDK we only have the MediaRecorder.VideoSource.CAMERA and DEFAULT, but not FRONT_CAMERA and REAR_CAMERA. So, is there any other way to record from Front camera.. like any third party API's.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have Xolo a500s. I flashed a custom ROM on it. The custom rom is based on 4.2.2 but it has all apps of 4.4 like camera, launcher, calender, gallery etc. The problem I am having is that the camera app doesn't have any option to change video recording resolution. It always record video in 640x480 resolution. but in my stock rom It used to record video in 720p resolution.
I installed camera mx app from playstore and this app gives me 720p recording option. But I don't like this app. I want my default camera app to record 720p. can I edit camera.apk file to change the video recording resolution? or I will have to change some files of my custom ROM to change the resolution?
Quick and rather random question, do you know whether the HTC Desire has the equipment built in to record in 720p? I heard a rumour that an HTC update will enable the Desire to record and playback in Hi Def. Anyone else heard this?
View 2 Replies View RelatedHello all. I like to cut and splice my video files together to make one movie. I usually do this with Windows movie maker. That program doesn't recognize the .3gp format that the video files are in when I take them off the phone. So, I convert them to .avi. Is there a program that will ensure that the 720p quality is maintained through the conversion to .avi, or is there another format I should be converting them into? I can't remember the program I use now, but it doesn't look like it is staying in 720p quality. After making the complete video on windows movie maker I get an option to export the video in 720p, but if the input video is not 720p, the final output cannot be 720p right?

View 8 Replies View RelatedEncoding a video to the following specs and loading it on the EVO plays with the included video player perfectly. No jumping and clear, in sync sound. 720p resolution so the HDMI out should work once the cables are available. h.264 at Level 3.1, 3 reference frames and baseline profile. 1280 x 720 AAC stereo audio at 44100Hz, 128kbps Bit rate does not seem to be all that important as long as the video file is less than 2GB.Muxed to an mp4 container in IMSA standard format and optimized for streaming.
