HTC Incredible :: How To Play Phone Videos On Ps3?
Jul 27, 2010When I connect my Incredible to my ps3 I can see my pictures and my music but not my videos. Help would be appreciated.

HTC Incredible :: How To Play ESPN 3 Videos On Phone?
Jun 11, 2010Just bounced out to ESPN at ESPN Home on my Incredible and like the look, but in the "video" section there are only 7 offerings and this is little highlight blurbs. On the ESPN 3 site you can watch full length games and I can browse to this site on my Incredible but when I get the viewing window, I just get a little yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it. Is there any way to play ESPN 3 videos on the Incredible?

Aug 20, 2010trying to play videos on my DI. I didn't spend a lot of time looking into what it takes to play videos but I assumed it would be pretty straight forward and "drag 'n' drop." I've loaded a .mp4, .avi, and a .mkv. So far, none of them work. I didn't try them all at the same time (mostly because each time I just threw the video on there, assumed it would work, then found out later it didn't) so they have all been different videos, thus shouldn't be corrupted files. What do I need to do to get them to play?

May 27, 2010I just came across the limitation of VideoView of not being able to play mp4 video files that are wider than 320 pixels. I was wondering how can we overcome these limitations. I am trying to make my app as forgiving as possible, so other than using VideoViews is there another way to play these mp4 videos?

I have tried Tversity and a few others changing all the settings around to find a combination that would work. Most of the settings I tried should have worked based on the formats supported on the X matching the transcode settings I had on Tversity but no luck.

Oct 8, 2010I've just got an x10i, 2 days ago, mainly for the huge screen.
The problem I have is films only play as tiny thumbnails, about 1 x 1.5 inch.
I've transferred by drag and drop and via media to go, even tried setting defaults, but to no avail.
I've figured out most things with my phone but not this.
It's really infuriating as I've bought a phone for it's big screen only to watch small sized clips.

Oct 24, 2010My name is Eric and I've got the HTC Incredible with android 2.2 of course. I can't figure out how to send videos in HD 720p mode. I've been playing with all of the resolution settings, and video duration settings, and I have just not been able to figure it out yet. The only way I can send it is either through Bluetooth, or upload it to YouTube via WiFi. There's got to be a way to send video through 3G to someone else.

Nov 10, 2010My Evo wont play any videos, i've tried through crackle, tru tv app, sprint tv, you tube, on and on and on. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, and updating profiles and software. I am real close to throwing a $200 phone against the wall! (breathe) Has anyone else had this problem? And do you know of any fixes for it? On Sprint TV, i get an error message saying This channell is not currently available. On other sites/apps, I get an error saying only that this video can not be played.

Jul 11, 2010I am a CrossFitter and like to download and view videos from the site, but none of them will work. I tried to figure out why through hours of researching and different video players, but I got nothing. The site is Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness and I can't seem to get 90% of the .wmv videos working at all. Sometimes some of them work and I can't figure out why. I thought it was the frame rate because the occasional lower quality one (non-widescreen) work fine. Most are high quality and these are the ones I want to play. Can anyone get this one to work as an example: http://media.crossfit.com/cf-video/Games2010_ Oconnor Speal _Tapering.wmv? I can successfully convert them, but I want to view them right from the web with no adjusting.

May 2, 2010I recorded like 5 videos with my inc, but now only 1 is there. I watched all of them fight after I recorded them, and then tried to email them to someone. Since then the videos wouldn't work. It said the video would not play. Now the videos are gone. Has anyone had any problems like this?

May 19, 2010I've had my HTC Desire for a couple of months now and it's truly a great phone! Today my 32Gb micro SD card arrived for it and I set about moving my media onto it. I wanted to see if I could watch movies on my phone so I set about converting one from a full HD .mkv file to an .mp4 using handbrake. I read up on what the best parameters are and stuck to them religiously.I can play other videos on it no problem but when it comes to my own it just says that it can't play them, I've tried Meridian (which seems unstable as hell btw) but that doesn't help. My file is a couple of gigs in size when the encoding is done but I'm not short on space so that's not such an issue. I don't know why the phone is being so picky, can anyone please suggest what I might be doing wrong?

I got a "Sorry, this video cannot be played" when I try to play it on my Droid.I also tried downloading an .mp4 file from a YouTube video (as converted by file2hd.com). But I still get that error message.I know this topic has come up before and it usually seems to be the way that the file was converted rather than some kind of setting on the Droid. Sep 19, 2010I have been browsing you tube with 2.1 and found that most of official music video is filtered in you tube mobile. and I was informed that this is general case for you tube mobile regardless of which handset you use. When I search in non-mobile you tube for videos, I can find them but I can't play them. What happens in froyo when we get flash support? Do we get unlimited access to you tube videos or no luck.
