We have several (ok a lot) of threatening text messages from a disgruntled employee that we need to print out - is there a way to do this on the DINC other than e-mailing each one separately?

Why do I have to view my texts as conversations? I like to see them in the order they came in. Why do texts with picture and video attached not 'play'? Instead, they show up as having attachments (a song and a picture). Why can I not figure out how to save a draft? I typed a message but decided I was not ready to send. Had to "discard" and retype later.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI've been having issues with pressing my Inc. say I want to choose the 1st conversation thread, I will press it and it will bring up a totally different conversation (sometimes the conversation I bring up is not even on the screen).Am I the only one with this issue? It is driving me crazy because on the go I have texted the wrong person a few times. I'm not even scrolling through conversations at the time, just bringing up the 'Messages' shortcut.

1) Is there a way to avoid notification sounds to take place during media playback, mainly music player, without having to change my sounds profile to silent, or vibrate?

I will send a text to someone and a completely different person will recieve my text. It happened on my original Droid after a few months as well. Ive double checked everytime, and no im not accidentally choosing th wrong person. For instance if i send a text to Jenn (it has her name, her picture and number) but after being sent ill long press the message and it shows someone elses number. Verizon is not being very helpful and its starting to get annoying. Has anyone had this issue as well?

I look through the text history and it appears it was sent to the correct person. Now i am scared to text anyone knowing that it could be sent to the wrong people.
And sometimes when i try to reply to a text it says i need to add a recipient.
I am thinking there is something wrong with the texting on this phone. I got my replacement phone yesterday and the same thing happened.

Just this morning i turned my phone off when i get to work to charge it and turn it on...and i show i sent a text to my gf at 12:09pm...its now only 9:25AM. WTF? Its always force closing as well. I installed Handcent and SMS Popup and every time I get a text, I get a popup from handcent and a popup from the stock messaging app. I tried everything that was said to fix the problem and all that did was stop the notifications from the stock app from coming up in the status bar. I'm still getting a popup from both apps and would like to just have handcent show up.

Is it an all or nothing though because I'm continually getting odd words thrown into my texts and not catching it. Mostly happens with slang usage or proper names. Is the only trick to keep entering these things into the personal dictionary until you root out the majority of mishaps or is there a better way. Almost wish there was a list of usual suspects that it'd auto fix but that it'd leave alone proper name entries and abbreviations and so forth. Wishful thinking or possible?

While I am in the middle of typing texts, sometimes my phone will jump to the first message in the thread I am currently viewing (i.e. I am typing a response text to John Doe). I'm hoping to get some experts help here.
I am going to be using the ustream broadcaster app over 3g to stream a concert this weekend.
I do not want the app to be interrupted by anything while im using it.. no phone calls, no txt and no notifications. As it is now if a phone call comes through it will interrupt the app to take the call. If I decline the call the stream will not restart by itself. I know i can turn off different apps notifications but how can I go about not letting phone calls or txts through?
I cant just put it into airplane mode since i need 3g and im a little lost on what options I would have.
